Great food, amazing service and friendly environment. A small family run restaurant with food lovingly prepared fresh to order, no production line here. Thoroughly recommend A+

Had lovely meal, really liked the fact that everything was cooked freshly to order. The owners were very pleasant and service was great. Would definitely recommend the railway lamb curry, the meat just fell apart.

Can't fault the warm welcome and attention from the owner, although their were no guests seated. The restaurant was clean and our takeaway was freshly prepared. Good use of spices in the dishes ordered but was not as chilli hot for my taste. Make sure you ask for more chilli if you are an experienced curry eater A little expensive but maybe worth a try. One of the few restaurants open on a Tuesday.

If your looking for authentic flavours and good value….this place is a must. The food portions are just right, I’ve eaten in and also had takeaway both experiences were great. When we ordered delivery it came within 20 mins piping hot. I had the calamari which was beautiful and vegetable vindaloo with rice and roti. It was that good I came back to eat in. The service is great, not pushy. Traditional Indian flavours and recipes. Kamal served me twice and he is an absolute delight who I felt looked after and appreciated his recommendations which was not “selling” but more understanding my tastes. In a previous lifetime i managed a Michelin in London so this review comes with a lot of experience in the industry. They are new and I have every faith they will grow as they deserve. Thank you and enjoy your food.

I cannot rate this restaurant enough. Never had such tasty Indian cuisine. Nothing like I have had before and the chef went above and beyond. The staff were so wonderful and the atmosphere fantastic. I cannot wait to come back. I promise you.. best restaurant in Folkestone (well, even Kent!)

I have walked past this place often since I moved to Folkestone The Indian dinner I had was excellent. Freshly cooked perfect naan bread. Service delightful. Not expensive. I will certainly be back. Gerry.

Brilliant presentation with premium quality Indian food in the middle of Folkstone high street which is competitively priced as well. Tried few starters along with main courses and they prepared best chef cooking when comparing to ordinary takeaway deliveries. Eventually I will revisit once again for sure.Staffs are friendly and explained the ingredients when questioned.

I'm a lifelong lover of curry and Indian cuisine. I ordered a lamb biryani from them last week and the fragrance when I opened it was delicious. I have never had such a wonderful biryani. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. Outstanding and memorable.

My husband and I had an excellent lunch. Both curries were delicious and freshly cooked. Based in Folkestone and not Ramsgate, it's a train journey away, but I would come again. Cheers to the Chef.
