An absolutely fantastic place to stay, Terry was so lovely and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were amazing, super clean, big and modern. Everything was thought of in our accommodation. Love the little quirky things around the place. Great location and price. Will definitely be coming back again. Thanks to all.
Front bar quite spacious, big screens to watch the sport if thats your thing. Thai restaurant Thong Dees out the back is nicely tucked away. Quite snug, service was great as was the food. First time there, won't be the last and will definitely recommend to others.
Great local pub with friendly atmosphere and best Thai food in Folkestone.
I sometimes work from there between getting off the train and picking my son up from nursery and never feel judged for getting my laptop out in the corner π

Decent choice of beer and they serve Somersby cider.
Good amount of outdoor seating and they now appear to have a Thai restaurant which smelt great, the menu looks great, can't wait to try it
Lovely friendly family welcome pub. Extremely friendly staff which offer top of the range service for all, everyone makes you feel welcome. Pets are welcome too. They have 6 tv's around the pub which offer sky sports and bt sports so it's perfect for a night of football or your preferred sport.
They have a pool table and dart board available to be used by the public. Great live music performed on the weekend, the beer garden is lovely and ideal for the summer. They offer a mouthwatering Sunday roast 12-4pm every week following a Thai food night special every Monday and Thursday 5:30-9pm.

What a gem of a pub on a Friday night for my visit with a great atmosphere. Loved the IPA though would love to see some more real ale on tap. Will definitely return and look forward to the Thai food when it comes. Well done to the owners to keep a great British tradition going - the pub.

Lovely pub, nicely decorated with a great selection on tap. Nice bonus is they have a pool table, darts and were showing the football. Will definitely be back.

Friendly and welcoming. Well kept beer. Clean tables. I don't go to Folkestone much but I always look forward to meeting up with friends at this pub. Ladies have two toilets men seem to have one. It is a good place to chat as no loud music. I would recommend this pub for solo travelers too.
OK definitely worth a beer if you coming of the train station. Sports on most days.
