As other people said... Yes, the wait was a little long, but by far the most delicious and fresh food you can get in town, and that's why it takes time. You want food at a different level, you wait to be cooked by people who know.

Went to Pintxos by chance as it was near to the hotel we stayed at the harbour in Folkestone. Very busy restaurant and booking is recommended. It's Basque dishes and the food was delicious. Would definitely eat there again.
