Amazing staff & food can't wait to go back best authentic Italian pizza I have tasted. Would highly recommend to anyone.
What a refreshing change to be in a restaurant that refuses to be shackled to the Folkestone ideology.

I won a 2 course meal for 2 people. Have been wanting to visit for ages & not got round to it. We visited yesterday. It was delicious, would definitely recommend & we will be back.

Had a lovely meal here on Thursday, the food was 1st class as was the service. The childrens menu went down very well with our little ones. Will definately visit again.
Eaten at Lubens many times and have had takeaway a lot. Some of the best pizza you'll find outside of Naples.

We went for my daughter's birthday. We wanted the hummous to start and was advised to only get 2 for the 4 of us to share, which was plenty and saved us some money. We asked to have the vege calzones made vegan which they did and offered to put vegan cheese in them too. The food was lovely and the restaurant felt warm and friendly. We're going back in a few days for the sister seitan event and am really looking forward to more amazing food.

Very delicious food. They have plenty of vegan options. The price is a bit high, but I did not leave hungry after a starter and a main dish. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. It looks like a high-end restaurant, but it's not. I will definitely go again.

First time visitors from the US. The atmosphere was nice. The food was honestly so good. I tried the Mac & cheese dish and it was top notch. The service was ok. To be fair, I think for this night they may have been a bit understaffed. There was a large party in the back and we didn't see our waitress much after our food came. I think the poor thing was running around helping in the back. I only mention it because I don't know if this was a one time occurrence or if it's common, here, but they were BUSY, not just sitting around ignoring us. Our bill was somehow lost as well. We patiently waited, understanding that they were obviously getting slammed with customers, and we mentioned nothing, and still the girl who came over to find/settle our bill insisted on taking drinks off of our bill for the wait, which was so very kind of her.
Great meal on a busy night, we were pleased with everything. We would definitely go back, the food was amazing. I'd love to try a few more dishes!
Nice place to eat. Generous portions. Helpful at start to accommodate us, then had a wait for service. Serving staff lady very jolly and bubbly so made up for wait. Took leftovers home as ordered too much!!!
Lovely food and friendly staff. Unless you are really hungry 1 pizza between 2 is enough. What we didn't eat we had the opportunity to take it away which was nice. Definitely recommend.
My Daughter and myself am visited Lubens on 07- 10- 2033 It was our second visit and just as good as the first.We shared 3 dishes which was more than enough .Beef meatball pizza,mixed olives and a Mac and cheese side. The pizza was fantastic !!! We were early diners so it was pretty quiet but lots of room if it was busy.Great service Thank you 😊

Was looking for somewhere nice to eat that was smart, great atmosphere and great food but not too formal. Walked by Lubens by chance and had a great time in there with really fantastic food.
I've been to a huge amount of pizza places and the pizzas we had are definitely in the top 3. Light crispy base and fresh, tasty toppings that had been used generously.
The decor, the atmosphere and the staff were all great. I just wished we lived closer!
You have to stop here for a great meal
We've been here countless times over the past 2 years and the experience was never ever short of perfect for us. We have dealt with so many different staff, and tried probably everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. This is really one of our happy places as a family. A huge thank you to everyone who helps delivering this experience to us, you are all great!
Very friendly waitress and delicious food. Went with my friends we shared the dough balls and olives with sourdough. For my main I had the pulled beef rigatoni which was super tasty, I will be returning!
Delicate natural light and well decorated dining room, making it a great place to enjoy delicious food and friendly conversation. Staff was helpful but perhaps new or slightly shy. With a good playlist or live music, this environment would’ve been superb.

There are quite a lot of vegan options, and the main portions are really big. We also got bread to share, which was delicious!
They do takeaway as well - they even made us a desert to takeaway!
Great atmosphere, buzzy, cool decor. Pizza excellent and generous (had the number 11). For my personal taste I would have liked to see more spicy options and a tiramasu on the menu, however deserts we saw looked great but couldn't fit one in. Side salad felt a bit small for the money. Overall a really good experience and will definitely return to sample more of the menu.
Really like the decor in this place... The seems to be about 3 different areas where the furniture differs in each one. The pizzas are fabulous. Had a few issues with my salad, but the staff swapped it for another dish. Been here several times... Food and atmosphere are recommendable 👌
Went here for lunch (1pm 06/05), and the food was wonderful, even their vegan Mac n Cheese 😍
Service was speedy/efficient, and the waitress we had was really attentive and sweet.

Staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Children's menu for the young ones (perfect for our 3 and 5 year olds.

O.M.G! I'm Italian and I know what real Italian tastes like, but I have to be fair, considering it is not in Italy, I'll give an 8/10! Food is lovely and place is cozy! We liked it that much that we went back in the late afternoon to have a chocolate and peanut butter calzone with ice-cream. It was great! we loved it and we loved the town, so If passing by, we'll definitely repeat 😁👌
