Super Friday night dinner while travelling through Bedford . Lightly battered haddock and small portion of freshly cooked chips . Staff where nice and friendly . The queue outside said it all 😃
Very good fish and chips, absolutely delicious haddock. The service could use a bit of work though, I came in and had to stand around for five minutes before ordering even though there was no orders being taken at the till, when I was asked to order I was told my order would take about seven minutes
Always busy because the food is delicious. The covered walkway area is ideal for the queues that form. Prices have risen but these increases have been outside of their control. Still fantastic food and value, given the flavour.
Best fish and chips around. Staff are always chatty and welcoming. Food is always great and well cooked you can tell that they know what there doing 👍🏻
Called in teatime Saturday. Ordered large cod, regular chips, mushy peas. Served very quickly by smiling faces. The food was delicious. 😋 Very fresh fish. I can't recommend Flitwick Fisheries highly enough. Sadly, I don't live locally to be a regular customer 😕

At 7.15 pm there was a queue of 7 people waiting to sample the delights of this great chippy. As always the staff were fantastic and the food was excellent. When asked where my face covering was i replied i was exempt due to a medical condition she was very nice and couldn't fault her professionalis

The best fish and chips. Consistently good. We moved to bedford 15 years ago and still drive back especially for the fish and chips. Have tried several in Bedford and nothing like Flitwick Fisheries. Been going here since 1985.
Lovely fish and chips - variety of different options on the menu and very accommodating to all. Can get very busy at peak times 6pm but you won't have to wait longer than 15mins to get served. Good friendly, local business.
I have been buying delicious fish 🐟and chips 🍟from Flitwick Fisheries for over 20 years and always found speedy service and super tasty food. I would also recommend the Saveloy sausage and mushy peas. Enjoy with plenty of salt 🧂and vinegar 😋x
Beautiful fish 🐠. Very very busy, only 1 in the shop at a time but there's a covered queueing area. Best fish around the area. Can't comment on the 🍟 chips as I don't eat them.
Never had a bad meal from here. Everything is always well cooked, and we'll received by everyone. The only thing that lets them down slightly is the fact that certain items are cooked to order, and during busy times, this can lead to quite a wait.

best fish and chips in the local area, have been since i was little and dont even think about going to a different chippy, all the food is fresh and the staff handle busy evenings extremely well and keep their friendly attitude.
