Excellent food. Party of 6 and across all of the menu the food was very good indeed. All freshly made.
Like a lot of the restaurants now, the dine in service experience tends to suffer because of take away food offering and the need to get it delivered quickly because of the delivery company pressures.
Having said that it is one of the best restaurants in Fleet at the moment and I would recommend it as the food is superb and well worth waiting for.
Has become mine and my partners go to for dates and impromptu dinners out, food is always made fresh with amazing quality and quantity for the price and location. Good vegetarian and vegan options as well :)
Always have to go for starters as well as mains here purely to try something new, and have never been disappointed from surfing the menu!
Would definitely recommend for both hot dishes; such as teppanyaki or katsu, or alternatively top quality well priced sushi made to order
Nice decor and ambience. We had a superb pulled pork bao bun. Sushi was fantastic as well.
Unfortunately the tempura prawns with spicy mayo was soggy. Perhaps mayo on the side would preserve the tempura's crispiness.
The service was slow and bungled.

We went first time to Kosumosu and we weren’t disappointed.
We have few sushi rolls, miso soup and cocktail. All food was nice and tasty. We will come back again.
3 of us had a great meal here in the evening. Service was really friendly and prompt, and the food came nice and quickly.
Went for a hot Japanese dish and really fresh and tasty. The cocktails with sake looked good too, although wasn't brave enough.
Would recommend. I'd like to be able to book a table online rather than through Facebook messenger next time though.

We've been to the Farnborough branch which is more of a cafe takeout vibe and enjoyed it. This is much more of a restaurant setting and they've done a great job. Contrary to other reviews I definitely didn't feel on top of anyone else and the atmosphere was pleasant. Service was friendly and helpful with an allergy query.
Food was fantastic from start to finish. We had chicken yakitori, beef bao buns, and pumpkin croquettes to start. Sweet chilli chicken and the spicy chilli chicken udon soup for mains. We then shared a custard doriyaki which was cut into quarters so perfect for sharing.
It was a weds night so we didn't go for the cocktails but I'd say if they're trying to be a restaurant AND bar then I'd have have more of a description on what the cocktails were as I'd never heard of some of them.
Loved the whole thing - can't wait to go back!
Had a lovely evening celebrating a friend's 50th. The meal was delicious. Really tasty. The sushi was fresh and nicely displayed. Just a shame the waitress was slightly aloof and it took awhile to get our table cleared of all the dishes.
Went for dinner here this evening for my son's 16th, the food was delicious, atmosphere really nice and the service excellent and really friendly. I was really impressed and would definitely go again!
What a surprisingly good restaurant with great food. Tried my first proper sushi dish and it was amazing. Saki was a nice touch to end the evening. Highly recommend.
First time trying this new sushi bar. Ordered takeaway via deliveroo, was here in 25 minutes on a friday evening and the food was excellent!! Very tasty and great value. Will be back!
I'm a big fan of the Kosu Mosu in Farnborough so had to check out the new restaurant in Fleet. To start we had tempura, gyoza and pumpkin korroke - all delicious. For my main I had the spicy teriyaki tofu which was also lovely. The cocktails were nice too and excellent service from the staff.
The only issue is the labelling on the menu is a little confusing, there were a few different icons next to dishes but no key to explain which meant veggie, vegan or something else.
Truly excellent. Better then sticks and sushi, better then yo sushi. The presentation, service freshness and quality of food was simply perfection. Absolutely wonderful. If I could give it a Michelin star I would.
We’ve been here a few times and been really impressed with the sushi. It’s the best we’ve had outside of london. A fantastic addition to Fleet. Highly recommend! (Takeaway is great too)
Popped in for lunch today and came away super impressed with this new sushi restaurant. The sushi was super fresh and prepared to order. The tuna and yellowtail nigiri were expertly crafted and the perfect size, not just a slice of fish sloppily placed ontop of rice like many places. The seared scallop nigiri was fantastic as was the spicy tuna hosomaki and yellowtail hosomaki. There is a lovely selection of Japanese Sakes, I believe the only place serving this until you get to London, as well as a full bar and wine list. Table service was attentive and prompt. The atmosphere was excellent as well, can't wait to go back!
My granddaughter & I had a delicious lunch here today. The food was wonderful as was the charming young lady serving us. I thoroughly recommend a visit.
Went here today for the 1st time for a lunch and oh my goodness it was so good defo coming back as a little treat, it is a little pricy but sushi is pricey so its worth it. Would recommend!
