Great bar with friendly and top staff. Will be going back again and again when I'm back home. Also great place to take the kids due to them being right next to huge play area for kids of all sizes.
Just got back to Winchfield and realised I'd left my leather jacket in pub. Phoned them at 00:50 hrs and they say they have it. Could so easily say, What Jacket?

Fab night had by all celebrating Maz's birthday. I've never been there before but will be back at the end of July. Staff were friendly and band was brilliant :-)

A cracking little pub this. We moved to the area last year and have frequented this place a number of times since including popping in for a few daytime drinks, a couple of times on a Saturday night to watch some live bands and most recent a few weeks ago we took my 4 yr old and had lunch outside on the benches whilst he went too and from the play park! Ideal.
The first band we saw back in Jan were called Continuum who were great, drew a busy crowd with lots of dancing. We’ve also seen Daft! Who were also quite good.
I understand they’ve recently started doing food again which we tried a few weeks back on a Saturday lunchtime. We shared a pizza which was nice, although maybe a build your own option from available ingredients/toppings would be a nice addition.
Also had chilli & chips which was tasty 😋.
Spent a lovely afternoon at the Falkners.
There was a large group of us with kids and dogs and they were so accommodating.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and just lovely! We all had food and it was absolutely delicious! Amazing value for money as the portion sizes were big. My son has several allergies so it can be daunting eating at new places but their allergen info was spot on. Everyone in our party had a great time and we’ve booked back to go again. Highly recommend!!
Had a great night here celebrating a friends 21st. Very welcoming staff and a great DJ playing soul music all night. Would definitely return!

We had my hen do here...landlord was more then happy for us to use side room and decorate it. Great evening with live music, excellent prices too. Friendly pub with lovely staff.

We love it. Since moving to Ancells Farm last year we go here every week. Saturday nights are great fun with live music and staff are all so friendly. It’s a traditional pub but there is no animosity to new comers, all are welcome.

Just had the best night here !! Band was amazing, the locals were a good laugh but the land lady was absolute quality. They ran out of brandy and she went out and bought more !!!! Defo recommend this pub for a great night out in a friendly pub without the grief that normally is associated with that !

Hired the function room out for today to celebrate my daughters first birthday and I loved it so much I felt the need to review - Firstly, the food was amazing catering for 20+, the staff were friendly and attentive. The Landlord was very professional and helpful.
It’s a very clean establishment, in a great location to entertain older children.

Lovely friendly pub that I have missed so much over the pandemic. Staff were always friendly, polite and happy to serve you. Pool table + snacks are good and the pub is cosy and warm. Conveniently right by the local shops and cricket green. A place I’m happy to visit whenever I can 😁🍻
Went along for the pub quiz, friendly staff, reasonably priced beer, and an enjoyable quiz.
Best pub in town if you want to meet people and talk at a sensible level, without shouting into each others ears! Some of the pubs on the High Street get too loud for me, but then I'm not 20 anymore!
Always friendly staff make you feel welcome, and a good range of beers/lagers/wines always keeps me happy. (I've never eaten here, but the food looks good as it goes by.)
It can get a bit noisy on a Saturday night as they always have a live local band playing, but they never charge to get in and I like to support local talent when I can.
It's definitely worth a try if you've never been before.
