Fantastic pub! Delicious home cooked food and always a very warm welcome. Could not recommend more highly!
Excellent food and beer. Visited with dad last night and couldnt fault. Service was excellent, very organised. Food was delicious, and that mint gravy with the lamb shank , gorgeous. Superb desserts. Must go again soon.

Absolutely lovely place. We came here for an evening meal from the canal (the hill up to the pub is a little steep, at least it's downhill on the way back!!) and it did not disappoint at all. We were recommended this place by three people when asking where to eat and we can see why. Absolutely perfect service, the manager was the sweetest lady I've met in a long old time. The food was bloody brilliant! It was our last night on our rental boat, and this was the perfect way to end our holiday. Many, many thanks!!

Great place. Lovely garden, bit of a walk from the canal.. 10.. 15 mins. I've never timed it. But good to walk back after a lovely meal. Staff very friendly. Will certainly visit every time I'm in the area.
Absolutely perfect! Could not of wished for more. Massively accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Food was fantastic just what we like, well cooked home made food. Made us feel at home. Lovely traditional down to earth pub. Owner was amazing. We will definitely be back as my son wants more fish pie! Thank you so much for your hospitality- we will be back.
Great stop-off on a ride around Warwickshire. Copious amounts of Lasagne on the plate and excellent beers, all at a reasonable price, with staff ensuring we were happy and got all we wanted.
Didn’t eat, but did drink. Very welcoming and friendly. Lots of cyclists in the lounge playing bar-skittles and dining.
Lovely pub, short walk from the canal, excellent welcome, great beer good looking menu. Will definitely try the food on the next trip. VERY dog friendly too.

My interaction with the server was great food was good but...dispite reserving by phone the day before tables not reverved first come first serve and not just for food so we were pushed up in corner by a open door to the garden and it was cold and raining
