Popty Cafe - Fishguard - Photo album

Really lovely little cafe in the centre of Fishguard. Only a couple of tables outside with more seating inside. Had a traditional Welsh breakfast which included cockles!! Yes cockles for breakfast, they complimented the rest of the breakfast which also included thick bacon, black pudding and Welsh o
We popped in for late afternoon drinks & cake and really enjoyed our visit. The cafe was clean & tidy with a few different tables & chairs including a couple outside. We had coffees & the kids had cold drinks plus we all had cakes. Coffee was really good. So good that we bought a bag of ground coffe
Dog friendly and able to sort us some lunch late on a Saturday. The greedy pig loaded fries were suitably loaded and my daughter was very pleased with the marshmallows on her hot choc.
Quality ingredients, well cooked, big portions. The full English really filled me up. Service is friendly but not very attentive.
Delicious food in a peaceful atmosphere. Great choice on the menu and refreshing drinks available. Cool on a very hot day. Felt comfortable with covid restrictions.
Lovely to experience a traditional welsh breakfast. Nice little cafe, dog friendly and nice atmosphere with the locals. ThAnks

Very friendly and helpful staff. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had.. highly recommended 👌
We visited for a cream tea and a sandwich. Both lovely. Happy little cafe.
Lovely cafe for bunch. Really good food and decent price.
What a great find! Excellent little cafe with great staff. Had the Popty salad which was ace👌
Very good service and quality. The Southern Chicken Burger we had was awesome!
Probably lovely, it certainly looks it. But you’ll probably have to book as they’re the only cafe that’s open for breakfast on a Sunday morning for literally miles around. This was the 4th town we visited. In the end we went to Co-op and got the ingredients to make our own in the van.
Fantastic food! Poached eggs were done perfectly, avocado was ripe, bacon crisp and pancakes fluffy! The coffee is roasted locally and is delicious.
Amazing food, the best beef burger I ever had, thanks so much
Yes, always a pleasure. Great staff. Good coffee and cake. Do wish you'd do cream and jam scones though.
