It's not too obvious from the outside but they do have a cafe with a seating area. Well worth a visit. lovely delicatessen with a good choice of sandwiches, cheeses, meats and all sorts of chutneys and jams.
Highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff, great sandwiches and coffee. We sat outside in the sun and soaked it all in. Added bonus - they let dogs inside :)

Lovely sandwich with interesting gluten free bread and delicious local crab. Lots of sandwich options. Tea was also very good. Great deli too... bought a rabbit and bacon pie for the better half.
A real gem. Really enjoyed the antipasti platter and fresh salad. So much so that I had it again 24hrs later! If you're in the area make sure you find this place. You won't be disappointed.
Fantastic coffee shop and deli. Nice variety of items available. Had lunch there, highly recommended. Good range of choices available, homemade soups, salads, sandwiches and platters. The Welsh rarebit is highly recommended, very tasty and it came with a Fantastic green salad that was delicious

We today had lovely coffee here with a panini each. Two of us had the special which had a gorgeous combination of flavours. The other had the Moroccan Panini which was also delicious. We were made to feel very welcome.
Continues to be awesome, great service and some really delicious baked goods on offer. The best range of booze and treats in the area and hands down, for me, the best coffee in Fishguard and the local area. Love it!
