Very friendly staff. We called again after finding this place last year. They did not have squid today but we had battered langoustine instead; it was so nice and fresh. The scallops were amazing, massive, juicy, so fresh and cooked to perfection (pink and tender). We had forgotten how good the chi
The food was delicious and fresh. Got off the 3pm ferry and spent around £40 on my family of 4. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the mussels in white wine sauce was great, and the atmosphere was awesome!
Lovely fresh lobster. Sitting outside. Staring at the sea. And by the way… they serve good chips too.
Fantastic chippie right by the ferry terminal. We tried fish cakes, haddock and lobster with chips and mushy peas and loved all of it! Very friendly staff as well. A great way to end a day out on the Isles, sitting by the Sea, watching the sunset and munching on a lovely meal from Creel’s.
Went to see Iona (from a distance). Found this shack service decent seafood and chips. What's not to like?
A lobster with a view!
We really enjoyed our food from The Creel Seafood Bar. After a long (and rather rainy) walk around Iona, we hopped off the ferry and headed to the seafood hut.
My 12 year old and I had a half lobster and chips. My husband and 7 year old had haddock and chips. All were freshly
We stopped here after getting off the ferry from Iona and what a find! It’s a very small place with just three tables, but the food was incredible! We tried the mussels (and we got a huge bowl). The langoustines was also a large portion and the chips were good.
The view is beautiful and we were so
Great wee shack serving a wide range of fish and seafood with chips and some cold platters / sandwiches. Maybe not the cheapest and I’ve had slightly better chips but the location is incredible and it’s only in a shed! Service was great dealing with the queues of hungry people coming off the Iona fe
Enjoyed excellent Haddock and Chips here came back the following day for half a lobster and garlic butter, my Dad had the seafood chowder. Small place with friendly staff, decent prices for tasty food. I would recommend saving your appetite to stop here after returning from the Staffa boat tour. Gre
Amazing fish and chips (possibly the best I've ever had) with lovely views and served with a smile and a chat. Thank you 😊
Great, simple seafood. I had languistin, which was fresh and delicious. My mum had the scallop with black pudding roll and loved it! Would not leave it too late in the day to go there as some food was sold out, although easy to see why!
Delicious food, all prepared fresh by the friendly staff. The langoustines with garlic butter were a treat after a cold day. Special mention to the chips, which were phenomenal - honestly some of the best chips we’ve ever had.
Had some lovely chips by the sea here. Being veggie, I didn't try the seafood but great selection at reasonable prices. Lovely little gem.
Best scampi and chips I have ever eaten. Piping hot, really fresh tasty scampi, super crisp chips, lovely mayo all served by lovely people. And the view! Fabulous.
The batter on the fish is so unique and what I love most about it is it’s crunchy and thin and doesn’t detract from the amazing fish! The chips were fabulous too- full of flavor and skin on! We also had the Cullen skink which was delicious. We really appreciate the paper and compostable take away co
It’s fresh it’s made to order, a good range of seafood, we had scampi and battered scallops with real home made chips. Just had to wait 10 minutes for it. Can get busy as quite a few people off the ferry have the same idea. There are picnic seats if the weather is good. We ate ours in the car.
