Definitely one of the better Costas out there!
The staff are always friendly and welcoming and make a decent coffee!
It can be pot luck as to whether you get one of the "comfy" chairs or not. Not an issue for me personally but just Something to be mindful of if that's what you're hoping for as it's always busy!
As it's not the biggest Costa and combined with it usually being busy all the time it can sometimes get quite noisy, again not too much of an issue for me personally but something to bear in mind if you're after a quiet coffee.
Overall though always a decent place to go to grab a coffee!
Friendly staff. Very clean. Coffee was piping hot and mac and cheese was delicious. Well worth a visit.
Friendly efficient staff. Used the £1 cake offer today when you buy a drink. The only thing I don't like is that aren't any blue badge parking spaces at that end of the car park
Nice cosy Costa. The staff are good, I asked for my wrap to be reheated because it wasn't very warm the first time and they did it no hassles.

The staff at Abbey Wood are welcoming, friendly and very helpful it's always a pleasure to go in for a coffee. I highly recommend it.

We're quickly served by 2 very pleasant assistants, who were very busy. We were able to get a seat and no pressure to vacate. We had a panini, no complaints at all.
Superb coffee as always in a spacious and comfortable environment.

I visited the store on Thursday morning with my 2 year old and my baby. The moment I walked through the door and joined the queue a really kind young man came up and asked me if I wanted him to reserve a table for me with a high chair.
After I ordered my food the lady behind the counter kindly carried my tray to my table for me.
This was my 1st visit to a coffee shop with my 2 year old and 5 month old by myself and I was a bit nervous about all the little logistics of how it would all play out but the kind gestures from the staff making my life so much easier without me even having to ask really made an impact and made the experience so much nicer for me!
I wish I had taken the name of the man to thank him for being so thoughtful, I got the impressing he might be the supervisor or manager.
I will certainly be returning with the kids for a lovely trip out again soon!

This is definitely the best Costa Coffee outlet. The longest cue ever, extremely busy. I had to share my table with other folks. Missing the Mac & Cheese Toasty.
