Drive-thru was shut so we went in to order. Had to wait 20 minutes for drinks as the cashier didn't pass on our receipt to the girl doing hot drinks who was literally carrying the entire team on her back- honestly kudos to her, she didn't stop! The food and drinks were great otherwise :)
Nice and easy to drive through in a motability car. Very quick considering it was lunch time. Friendly staff.

Wow I ordered a large latte - thinking tall glass - Soup bowl came out with two handles, very hot and creamy, loved it.
Callum was my server, he has a Wonderful smile that brings you into the cafe wanting more of him and the delights that are on offer. I will be back.
Atmosphere would be 5 stars, but a large family came in with screaming children which spoilt my experience, resulting in forced to move from the window to around the corner next to wall to block the noise. Oh the hanging cups make a great feature.
It's an ok coffee place.
Coffee was good, but croissant was actually a croissant-looking bread, which was a big disappointment.

I work nearby so I use the Drive-thru of this Costa quite often.
Their staff are kind and try their best to get your order ready as fast as possible.
Many cold/hot drinks to choose from, in addition to snacks.
Food and drinks were spot on pleased not long to wait great customer service bit disappointed the drive through was not open but easy to park and not too inconvenient.
Lovely store, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Gorgeous coffees and a great selection of hot or cold foods.

Such a great drive through, staff are always so pleasant drinks are never disappointing. Had a honeycomb iced latte, honeycomb frostino and latte, all made perfectly and with a smile.
It's a very beautiful Costa Store, Drive in, at Parkway, Bristol. Staffs are friendly and my option were perfect!
Their front man had a super joyful and hospitable attitude. Really enjoyed my time there.
