We visited Inghams and had delicious fish & chips - generous portions with crispy batter. The staff were really friendly. Would definately recommend.

Went yesterday 18/2/18..... as ever absolutely outstanding Fish & Chips. The best available anywhere atm, and have been for years..... Will always go back again & again.....Heaven on a plate.
I was there yesterday and it was as wonderful as ever. £9.00 for the fish, chips & peas and more than worth the value. The chips were cooked to perfection and the fish was perfect. My daughter had a fish and ate the lot as she always does whenever we come to the restaurant.
Inghams Fish restaurant is my favourite one bar none. Great traditional chippy food, helpful staff, always spot on, we always visit when in the area and the quality of the food and the service is always spot on.
Excellent food with attentive, Professional waitresses. Highly recommend!
I've visited Inghams all of my life due to holidaying in Filey throughout my childhood. Mum and I went back today and both agreed it's still the best fish and chips we've ever had... anywhere! Great memories and good to know it's never let itself down 👍🏻
Beautiful massive fish, amazing crispy batter awesome chips cannot fault our visit today, lovely curry sauce too!! we were left very satisfied, thankyou we will be back!!!
Quite simply the best fish and chips.
Lovely meaty haddock, tasty batter that is crispy but not hard and perfect chips.
Very reasonably priced, good size portions and friendly service.
Only issue is how far away they are from home, which is why we choose Filey for a short break to enjoy them again as we liked them so much when had them earlier in the year.
Possibly one of the best fish and chips I've eaten! The chips were out of this world, gravy was amazing and fish was beautiful.
Though waiting for a table outside for over 10 minutes in the rain watching staff see us and not come over was rather frustrating. We had to go into the takeaway to ask to be seated in the restaurant. The children's highchairs were also inadequate as most of the straps were broken or missing parts.
Absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing with light crispy batter, none greasy chips and well done peas. Everything was served really nicely and the staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. Can highly recommend
Live in bacup but enjoy staying at reighton sands a couple of times a year. Always make sure I get fish and chips from here. It's one of the best fish and chips I've had. Not the cheapest but you're paying for quality and you'll definitely be full after it
The best Cod & Chips I've ever tasted! Wasn't a fan of the Haddock though. Excellent service, and atmosphere, and perfect gravy :) Will be going back for more Cod, Chips and gravy again in the future!
Fish and chips at the seaside are an essential part of any visit, and you'd have to go a long way to beat these.
Very reasonable prices and very good portions, too. The whole thing was cooked perfectly, and the haddock was just the best quality ever.
My girlfriend had a small fish, which in any other restaurant would be a regular. I had a regular which I'd have classed as large. Lord knows what the large haddock was like. We'd have needed to move tables to accommodate it!!.

Top notch fish and chips, certainly in my all time top 3, and the service was excellent and very friendly. The chap who took our order even warned me about the size of the superior haddock, being very much on the exceptionally large side. I still went for it and managed it, just (see photo). I couldn't fault it and the prices were certainly reasonable in my view and on a par with other good quality chippies in the various Yorkshire Coast resorts. Definitely go again.
First time at Inghams, though we have been to Filey many times! Given it was open on Easter Monday was a blessing. The long wait was worth it because the fish and chips were fabulous!
Purchased haddock & chips for £8.50. Excellent quality food and good portion size. Highly recommend if in filey.
This is the best fish and chips in yorkshire ..we have been 4 times and its so tasty and fresh ..and you get quite a lot of it as well 😊 the curry is the best as well ..the tea is very hot and good t.bags 10/10. Brilliant and so friendly always have time to chat .
Beautiful fish and chips. A traditional fish and chip restaurant in the heart of Filey. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit.

Fabulous fish n chips. We got large fish n chips to share. Plenty for 2 people and a great price. The batter was lovely and crispy. Some of the best I've had in a long time. My only criticism would be I prefer my chips a little browner. But all in all great 👍.
Absolutely incredible.I get a different amount of sleepiness and guess what I just woke up from a 2hr nap. 10/10 would recommend. Also the workers were singing so ye amazing service.Couldn’t finish because of how well it filled me up
