Really enjoyed our experience this morning having breakfast at the coffee shed. The breakfast was really well cooked with quality ingredients, it was fairly priced and in my opinion good value. I drink a lot of coffee at all the big names and can honestly say the tea and coffee here is excellent.
The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, the cafe is lovely and clean. Free WiFi is available and very useful as the area struggles for reception. I highly recommend this venue and we will be returning upon our next trip to this beautiful little town.
Great food, great selection with excellent service. All very reasonably priced and was lovely. Would highly recommend with both indoor and outdoor seating. Dogs welcome.
Our place of choice when we visit Filey. Lovely & friendly staff, always greeted with a smile. The best place for a coffee...the latte is hot and actually tastes like coffee & not just frothy milk! (A few other places could take note) & the cake is spot on also...delicious! đź‘Ť we didn't have any hot food, though it did look very nice on seeing other individuals orders being served.

Lovely café in the heart of the town. Great Coffee and food offerings with attentive service and reasonable prices. Well worth visiting.

Stopped in here with my wife and 2 children. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we entered, the staff were polite and the food and drink was amazing. Probably the nicest Americano I’ve ever had. Keep up the great work

What a jewel in Filey's crown, superb service, super dog friendly, great coffee selection, cakes and brekkie to die for. Great service staff, friendly, pleasant and smiley. They even have time to say hello to the dogs. Order at the counter and served to the table once ready.
Can't recommend this cafe more than this although I shouldn't do that next time there'll be a seat. This is busy so may be a little wait to get a seat inside, that just goes to show how good it is.
If you're in the area call in, have a coffee and cake or if you're there before 1130am have a brekkie, you'll be glad you did.
Lovely place, had tea and a lovely freddo biscuit. Staff really friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices too what's not to love ♥️

Dog friendly, nice staff, great value and good food. Wooden tables and seats with an outside area in front of the cafe. Closes at 3 (many of the cafés in filey seem to close mid afternoon).
Great atmosphere, friendly staff and very nice hot chocolate that saved us from an otherwise depressing rainy day.
Oh and they're dog friendly too!
We visited the Coffee Shed on a rainy Monday morning, and it was much busier than expected, but I shouldn't have been surprised. There was a lively buzz about the place and the prices were so reasonable, as per @Ben Campbell's photo of the menu from a year ago. A good sized mug of Yorkshire tea was just £1.50 and a tray bake just £1.70. Their hygiene rating is 5/5 and the toilet (one accessible toilet for all) was clean and roomy. I would heartily recommend this place. Dogs are welcome inside the café and the place appears to be LGBT-friendly (small rainbow flag sticker on the window).
