We have been for dinner at the Bell a couple of times in the last few weeks - both times with my two children in tow (5 and 8). The food is absolutely delicious. The games for the children (and adults :-) ) are a really nice touch. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely highly recommend The Bell for a wonderfully relaxed enjoyable evening with great food.
I didn't see the pub before the refurbishment but the decor now is lovely, warm and cosy and we can't wait to go back :-)

Christmas Day. Thank you The Bell. We had a lovely Christmas day here. The turkey was wonderfully cooked and the profiteroles were to die for! We all got to meet Santa and were given chocolates. A really special day for us. We are pretty new to the area and will have to make another visit soon. Truly, well done.
AMAZING!. Let me just say - The staff at the Bell were fantastic! Extremely polite and have a good sence of humour! To top it off, the food was brilliant. I had their special "Cajun Salmon" and really enjoyed it. I will be visiting the Bell more often.
Love It!. This place has wonderful people working here and the service is great. They have a wide selection of food which will keep your taste buds begging for more and the prices are very reasonable. I guarantee even the pickiest of eaters will find something to enjoy. The atmosphere is relaxing and I recommend pairing that with a glass of wine. Try it, you will like it!

Fish and Chips were amazing!!. We're always looking for a great place that has wonderful food coupled with great atmosphere. Bell has it all.. The fish and chips are amazing. The staff is very attentive. It was a great experience. We will be back.
Ring my bell. The Bell is not just a pub, it has a fantastic restaurant with a good choice of very high quality dishes, helpful staff and a very comfortable atmosphere.
We always seem to spend more time there than planned, relaxing in the clean and tasteful lounge area after our meal.
We have returned several times now and service seems to only get better.
I found the Bell a very welcoming place to dine. The employees are very friendly and knowledgable in making any reccomendations to cater to anybodies tastebuds. Their menu has something for anybody thanks to their talented chefs. One of the gems of this pub and restaurant is their Sunday Roast. I for one, will definitly be back.

What a wonderful afternoon meal for the fourteen of us who went to The Bell after our daughter’s wedding. The did everything to our specifications we provided. They did us so proud with lovely cooked food, close attention to what we might need and beautifully laid table. It will be a day for us all to remember with pleasure and joy. Brilliant and highly recommended. Thank you so much for making it such a memorable day.
Fabulous Bell burger and fries. We both had this and agreed it was the best burger we had eaten in a long time. Very tasty with lovely crispy fries. The only downside was the slightly slow and erratic service. Fortunately we had plenty of time so it didn't affect us that much.
Had a fabulous Sunday lunch at The Bell today. Planning to move to the area and was tentatively trying out what will hopefully be my new local. I couldn't be happier. Went with my daughters and one of them said it was the best pub roast she'd ever had. We like our beef rare and it was done to perfection. My other daughter had the vegan option and said it was delicious. The service was perfect too. All staff without exception were accommodating, warm and friendly and even the dog was made to feel welcome. Keeping everything crossed more than ever that my move comes off!
Popped in for an early Sunday lunch (12pm). Pub looked very smart and team very welcoming. Table was set with plenty of space for 2 adults and five hungry kids. We had a roast West Country beef and Dingley dell pork belly. Both were very nice served with great selection of veg and lovely hot gravy! … little ones all had burgers which they all demolished! Puddings were great as well, we had brownies and profiteroles. All in all a fab visit! Thanks team Bell!
We had a delicious Sunday roast with friends. Amazing food and service with a huge selection of drinks and also great non alcoholic range too. We will definitely return. The pub itself is very welcoming and comfortable also..
Had a great lunch for 4 of us. Service was excellent, the beer and wines were also very good.

We were a large group with a pre ordered menu. Timing was excellent with children's food arriving first.
All the mains were OK but a bit of inconsistency in the pork belly - some with a crackling top but others just with soggy skin and a bit undercooked meat. The staff were superb, friendly and efficient.
Lovely pub serving up market pub food. Service was friendly and quick. Food was hot and delicious. Plenty of tables indoors and outside. Would highly recommend and would definitely go there again.

Clearly new management and being local and living very close to the pub, will surely re-visit. Had been staying away due to poor customer service previously but they have their fingers on the pulse and it’s really improved. Thank you!!
Paul and his brilliant team catered for us on our wedding day. The food was spot on, every little detail was thought out and the service was amazing. Dogs are very welcome too ☺️ We highly recommend this pub.
Great pub, just slightly let down by a roast chicken and a marble sized piece of stuffing. Otherwise lovely place and would definitely come back
Lovely pubs with friendly staff and good service. Food was nice, but a little overpriced for flavour in my opinion. Big portions on the Sunday roast.
Food was lovely chicken ham pie homemade, puddings homemade nicely presented staff great . Even an Irish coffee with no Irish lol thank you we will be back .
