Great advice from Pierre to find the best greenhouse to match our needs - including the benefits of cedar vs aluminium. Equally great service from Pete who installed the greenhouse in just one day.

Really helpful, thorough advice and loads of information about all things Greenhouse from Pierre. Lots of different styles/models of greenhouses to see, all of which helped us make an informed choice - thank you! Highly recommend.

Green House people are just the best. Great customer service and always met with a warm welcome and willingness to help. My questions were understood and answered with the information I needed. My Malvern HD shed was delivered and erected today with the same level of cooperation and help . The shed is ideal for my needsand I don't hesitate to recommend the Green House Company. The bonus was choosing James to prepare the base and together all have made this a positive experience.

Exceptional experience at Greenhouse People Ferndown. Deborah Porter was particularly helpful in helping us to decide the right greenhouse for us. Delivery was on time and the greenhouse was very well packed. I chose to erect the greenhouse myself and Deborah was terrific at giving tips and advice from preparing the base to installing the glass. I would highly recommend the Greenhouse People.

Recently purchased - Trafalgar in Pastel Sage, by Hercules, from ‘The Greenhouse People’, in Ferndown. Fantastic greenhouse sold to us by enthusiastic and incredible, Deborah Porter. The nicest, most efficient, politest, highly knowledgable, bang-on most helpful, and simply brilliant - the best sales woman any company could ever wish to have. Nothing has been too much trouble along the way. When choosing to build the greenhouse one’s self, small issues are bound to crop up. Nothing beyond sorting, and always without compromise, sorted in double quick fashion by Deborah. Given a choice, I wouldn’t buy anything from anyone else, such is the professionalism adhered to and by Deborah. The greenhouse? Brilliant. Some issues along the way, attributed to written instructions in a strangely edited fashion in some places, i.e either something written in what was perceived as the wrong order, or missing on one occasion, or just hard to understand (this part not so often). The main example of this would be where the inclusion of ‘special screws # 1’ (square headed) are to be included into channels where they later MUST be relied upon, and following the instructions - not enough clarity on where, what for, and how many are required. This simple addition to the instructions would be of massive importance, although I sort of understand as to why this particular information may be partially missing (but not completely), and therefore assumed as simple to get. Be aware: make sure the correct amount of these screws are where they need to be. They cannot be inserted once the greenhouse has been built, unless using ‘special screw # 2’ (narrower version of ‘special screw # 1’.) This said, the instructions are well worded, multi-paged, and full of pictorial evidence where needed, almost all the time. I would say this to anyone wanting to build their own greenhouse: Fully read the instructions in the specific order of them. Lay out the frame-work as indicated in the diagram by using the numbers printed on the framework pieces (the printed number on the metal-work becomes an issue when reading the instructions, as they don’t mention where to find a number. It’s like the instructions make up a number, and you have to guess where, when, and how.) The number for each piece of frame-work is imprinted onto the metal piece itself. This particular gem of info doesn’t get a mention anywhere. You will need to look for the number carefully, as it is not always clearly visible. If you lay out the frame-work as specified using the numbers, you can’t go wrong. All in all, this greenhouse is utterly fantastic. It may be only small (6’ x 6’), and decided upon due to the limitation of area available for siting it on, however, ever heard of the Tardis? This greenhouse is bigger inside than it is outside, I’m not joking! We love it. And we have nothing but praise for Deborah Porter.

I bought a greenhouse at the West End branch but the manager of Ferndown, Ursa Potocnik, was standing in for the usual staff. She was extremely knowledgeable about the greenhouses and very helpful. I would definitely buy from Ursa again.

5 star review for Deborah who couldn't have been more helpful - showed us around all the excellent displays, answered questions raised, supplied samples where necessary - and all with such infectious enthusiasm we returned with an order for two Nordic sunrooms!!! Sadly, despite Deborah's excellent customer care, the Nordic MD offered little incentive for a bulk order and thus we could afford only the one. But she tried!
