This Centre, not only has a wonderful array of garden plants, house plants, and virtually anything connected to this, but also a selection of cards & gifts. The list is endless! Our main reason for yesterdays' visit was a birthday afternoon tea for 20+ People-no need to go to the 'Ritz'-Haskins was far superior,-at a fraction of the price!
Really nice store, we like to look at the Christmas display which just gets better and better each year.
Stopped in the cafe/restaurant which had a good selection of light bites, snacks all the way up to a full carvery roast. Food and drink was hot, plentiful, tasty and reasonably priced.
Good selection of plants and garden accessories
Great place to purchase gifts, books clothing etc, with plenty of ample parking places, disabled spaces too.
It does get busy here, which shows it popularity.
Go and have a look, you won't be disappointed.
I have to congratulate Haskins on the centre at Ferndown.
Hands down the best quality and range of plants I have seen in a very long time.
The range of pots, garden ornaments, water features etc are extensive and varied.
The shopping area covers pretty much everything you can wish for in a garden centre...... And to top it all off the restaurant /cafeteria range and quality is beyond what you'd expect in a garden centre - topped off by some amazing cakes.
Not the cheapest garden centre but quality more than makes up for the extra cost.
Overall a very nice place to visit where you can literally spend several hours.
The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, the whole place was clean and tidy which both add to the experience.
In my humble opinion the best garden centre for miles - well done.
Lovely shopping experience, great gift shops and the plants and flowers are wonderfully kept and beautifully displayed. The coffee shop is well worth a visit in its on right. Its spotlessly clean with lots of tables and chairs, inside and out. The variety of food on offer is wide and what I've tried has all been delicious. The cakes are amazing - huge portions!
Good place to walk around it's a strange thing but Costa is here and yet when you hand over you Costa card they don't except them cos their not Costa strange but true apart from tgat well worth a visit.

A friend and I had lunch here mid week. We both had filled jacket potatoes. The cakes on offer looked fabulous, but we were so full from our jacket spuds we couldn't manage another bite! With cold drinks we spent about £12.50 each, which is quite reasonable for a quick lunchtime bite. Lots of interesting gift options and the store was in the throes of setting up its Christmas display, which wasn't open to browse at the time of our visit.
Loved it here so much under one roof. Brought I few items
We had a cup tea and I had gluten free piece of cake. Very nice. Deffently recommend so much food too choose from.
And large verity of plants, Christmas decorations, clothes, gifts,
The garden centre & shop is lovely. Good quality plants, knowledgable staff and interesting range of gifts. The restaurant is completely another story. So noisy, bit like a works canteen. Awful cups that are far too large and heavy with silly little handles. Nice outside seating area, but oh those soup bowls called cups !
Great selection of gardening tools, indoor/outdoor decorations (incl. water features), garden furniture, plants and pots. Prices vary from low to high so can accommodate all budgets.
Definitely a great place to go for inspiration. The feature sets outside at the very end give you an excellent idea as to how everything could fit together.
The food was excellent. We had a cakes and a coffee which were lovely but we went early enough for breakfast where I set upon an 8 item breakfast. It did not dissapoint.
Very tranquil outside. Good for a mosey if nothing else.
Fantastic place, huge variety of products, nice restaurant, friendly staff. Christmas display now in place - as of late October. Well worth a visit!
A typical garden centre but much larger than most. Nice and airy with a huge Costa within the main structure. Prices of goods including those that are supposedly for sale are as usual, well over priced. It is still a nice place to walk around and pass a couple of hours. Worth a visit in the winter, when I can turn my central heating off and take the benefit of theirs.
