Took my mum and dad for a lunch time meal on Friday, staff very friendly and helpful, food was very nice and the cost was very reasonable, would recommend friends and family to go there, well done to all at the horns as I'm a grumpy bugger and will moan at any opportunity.
Booked a meal for 23 of us for my Birthday and had an amazing meal and time , it was nice as we had our own little section
Although I missed 2 meals off the pre order it was no hassle and they got them to us nice and quickly
We all enjoyed the food and even the chefs in our group were impressed!
We will be coming back again for family occasions as it was so hassle free and the staff were lovely

I thoroughly enjoyed the duck breast and smashed potatoes. The different flavours used in the dish were amazing!

Situated by the roadside, it is beautifully decorated inside. The outside beer garden is big and comfortable.
Nice place for social gathering, dating, and rest. Parking place is large and free.
Food is English and western. Quality is nice and authentic, and price is mediocre. Variety is limited. Recommended.
Staying locally and The Horns Inn was recommended as a place to eat. We were really pleased we came here ! Such a nice welcome and friendly service from the young team, really impressive. I’m vegetarian and there was lots of choice for me. Went for a tomato and cannellini bean pie in the end which was delicious and my husband had a burger. Would definitely like to come back, great job guys : x
Great local pub, with a large range of food and drinks. Dan and his team are always very accommodating, and the layout is cozy and has a great beer garden. The portions are very generous and the tap selection has stock of both classics and local beer. The pub is also dog friendly - couldn't recommend more!
I've been going here for over 30 years on and off. Generally a safe bet, some visits are better than others. Today was mid afternoon so fairly quiet which was nice. Good choice of beers and ales which is pleasing. We both opted for meals from the specials board as it had a summery feel and matched the weather. A little disappointed to be honest. My chicken leek pie was fairly dry, the chive mash was crispy and lumpy, the veg was hard. The pies at AFC Bournemouth are better and they are served in a cardboard box. Pudding was ok, although I'd say portions were small for the price charged. Nice surroundings, atmosphere and gardens, can always get a table and it's local, which is why we like it.
The Horns has been refurbished and is very comfortable and welcoming. There is a new menu and it is amazing. I had the best gammon steak I have ever eaten, staff are brilliant I would totally recommend 👌
Food was really good but I ordered something I only sometimes like- gonna come back again and order something I Know I like. Atmosphere was good if a little noisy, but the service was brilliant. I think her name was Paula, she was so efficient, and also really nice and she was easy to talk to. I don’t go out a lot because of anxiety but she really helped with that.

Had a 50th birthday here on Saturday with large group. Service, food and communication was excellent- JJ, Sarah and Jackie behind bar, Poppy, Beth and natasha who served us with smiles and patience and to the chefs - food was great quality. Had a fab evening, well done all.

Our MG club arranged a last minute evening meal for 25 members. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient, the food and service were excellent.

Went here on a Monday evening for wife's birthday. Got a text from in law's asking if we wanted inside or out. Looked like rain so said inside. Got there and a lot of the outdoor tables are under cover brilliant.
Food was nice and reasonable prices and every member of staff were very nice even got to chat with the staff member outside.
The food was nice we had a mixture of everything mixed grill, pie, hunter chicken and steak. All cooked well and looked great.
We all had puddings too which finished the meal off a treat.
Can see myself there on a nice sunny weekend, let's just wait for the sun
Love this pub/restaurant. So welcoming and staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Food is really good and very competitively priced. Very dog friendly too which is really nice and the pub boasts an extensive garden with lighting for alfresco dining. Toilets really clean too which is a bonus. Large car park too. Fully recommend this lovely pub.
What a wonderful place! Food was great, service was even better. Everyone was so helpful! I had my 90 year old father with me and unfortunately he can’t speak or hear very well which means I often have to talk for him. However, a bar staff member called Kai was absolutely amazing and communicated with him as if he were his grand son. I couldn’t have been happier with him and his service. Poured a bloody good pint too!
Came here with mum and grandparents, took half an hour for our main to come which wasn't too much of a problem as it tasted very good! After 25 minutes of waiting for a desert , we spoke to a waitress and she said that she would get the chef to make it now. It wasn't a busy night and it was half empty so not sure if there was a short of staff bit the wait is very disappointing
A lovely pub with the most scrumptious food. Very reasonable prices and the atmosphere is just right. Thank you especially to Paula, who was attentive, friendly and made us feel welcome. We will return again.
Amazing service. Had such a lovely Sunday roast with lots of the bottomless roasties. The staff are so accommodating, great selection of beers too! Special shout out to Paige. Lovely and so friendly.
