Superb, friendly service. Excellent food and drink in a great location. Cream teas to die for (Rodda's cream of course!). Car parking at the roadside and down the short drive by the tea room.

We had a lovely cream tea. The setting is really relaxed with plenty of shade and cover from the weather outside. It felt like a hidden gem to me!

This cute little spot exceeded expectations. Definitely plan a stop here. They’ve added some parking on the side of the road just before the driveway and had plenty of seating - covered and uncovered, inside and outside. The ladies running the place were so unbelievably sweet and everything was delicious. 💕

I was at Linden Hey with a large church group (at least 30 + of us). As it was a beautiful day, we sat outside in a marquee. It was a lovely day spent with friends, drinking tea and eating scone, jam and cream. My friend had tea and homemade cake.

Amazing in every way. The scones are to die for. The clotted cream. The jam. If paradise had a dinner table, this would be the food on it. Wonderful, kind service as well. Oh, and the egg mayonnaise sandwich — also delicious!

Really lovely tea rooms. Really friendly owners who care about your enjoyment of their offerings. Delicious cakes, some quite unusual ones (e.g. walnut, prune & butterscotch), and lovely well-filled sandwiches on really soft fresh bread. Tea is served in proper tea cups and saucers, from a collection of quirky tea pots, and extra hot water is provided as standard. There's not much car parking, but there are several spaces at the side of the road outside. There's seating indoors in what's effectively the kitchen with an extension, plus covered and open seating in the garden outside. Excellent, we'll be back!

A lovely tea room with plenty of treats to tempt. We had coffee, cake and a cream tea supplied with lashings of warmth and friendliness. Coffee was amazing along with Bakewell tart. The cream tea is supplied with 2 scones and ample toppings. Jam first!!

Fantastic little friendly family run tea room with an emphasis on local produce and excellent home cooking. We bought some very tasty cake to take away with us after we'd eaten! Lovely.
