Tonight I visited Taj Mahal Restaurant with my two friends. A reunion dinner. one friend has come over to visit from France and requested a curry . The venue is lovely and the staff are welcoming and attentive. The food is outstanding . We will certainly be returning to this restaurant and would recommend a visit . The house specialities are also recommended. Thank you james and team .
Possibly the best Dhansak in the UK. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. They will try to cook to your desires. We have never had a bad meal there. Many of my friends have had meals there and their feedback has been that they were pleasantly surprised. A gem in Feltham.
Nice comfy restaurant with attentive staff. Food was very good (specially the Balti dish). Reasonable prices. Only the light music was missing.
Great service and delicious food. A mix of Indian Street food and classic curries. A welcome find when staying over at Feltham.
Hey folks, I had an awesome time here at Le Taj, Feltham. The food was scrumptious, and the service was top-notch. Let me tell you about a couple of dishes that totally rocked my taste buds.
So, I ordered the Palak kofta chaat, and it was surprisingly delicious. The flavours were on point, and those koftas were cooked to perfection. My only little wish was for them to throw in some fresh spinach leaves on top. I mean, that would've taken it to the next level, you know? But hey, it was still damn good.
Now, let's talk about the rose and cardamom lassi. Mmm, refreshing and bursting with that cardamom aroma.
Loved it! But here's the thing, it didn't have that pink colour you usually expect. So, I mentioned it to the owner, and you know what? They were totally cool about it. Turns out, they used fresh rose extracts to flavour the lassi, which is why it was colourless.
But hey, they even agreed to consider using natural plant-based stuff for that awesome pink hue in the future. Now, that's what I call listening to customers!
Overall, the food was banging, the service was ace, and the owner was very welcoming.
They took my feedback like champs, and that really says something about their commitment to keeping customers happy.
Le Taj is the real deal, my friends. If you're up for some mind-blowing Indian cuisine in Feltham, you need to check them out.
Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Cheers!
Out of all of the local Indian restaurants I have been to in and around the Sunbury/Feltham area, this is by far my restaurant of choice. Absolutely fantastic food, both dining in and take away, always consistent and very high quality. Friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Cannot recommend enough!!
Delicious 🤤
Was in the area for a meeting. Saw good reviews on Google so decided to go for a quick bite.
Had the Anglo Indian breakfast.
Man that was tasty 😋

Writing as I go✍
Came in and was nicely greeted by the waiter. Got a nice seat and great introduction to the meny. There was another family celebrating a birthday which made lots of noises that would disturb my time, but that cannot be helped 😕
I've ordered my food and have been waiting for approximately 10 minutes and appetizers arrived. It both looked and tasted wonderful 😋 Take a look
Now waiting for main course. Time passed fast as the waiter and I had a lovely conversation. Before I knew it I was sitting with a stunning dinner in front of me. However, the taste of the main dish did not do it for me, hence I asked to change to a different meal which the waiter did not hesitate to do. 5-8 minutes later, I got my Butter chicken 😋
My overall impression was that the food was incredible. The butter chicken was maybe a bit too sweet for my taste but the pros far outweighs that single con 😄
I highly recommend you come and have a dinner you won't forget anytime soon!
This is a local gem! Me and my partner had an amazing dinner at this place and this is by far the best Indian restaurant we had, I highly recommend the scallop and the samosa chaat, they were out of this world good! I loved the cocktails recommended to us too and the lassis were also fantastic, other dishes like the paneer and curries were also really good, one thing I didn’t enjoy so much was the stuffed squid, the flavours were awesome but the squid themselves were overcooked and quite chewy but this won’t stop us from visiting again! 100% recommend!
I had the most amazing vada pau and masala chips,
I would definitely recommend the vada it's delicious...
And I've never tasted masala chips like the ones they made here...soooooo tasty
I will definitely be going back to try out the other dishes on the menu..
One of the BEST Indian Restaurants Around!
We’ve both eaten in the Le Taj and ordered takeaway from the restaurant and it’s just stunning! The staff in the restaurant are so friendly and attentive, nothing is ever too much trouble! The food is of amazing quality and so flavoursome!
Really looking forward to our next curry at the Le Taj already :-)
Nice ambiance, restaurant is smaller than I expected, Decor is light and welcoming, small touches like copper cutlery does stand out!

Food was absolutely worth the wait!!
Lamb Biryani was aromatic and absolutely delicious the meat was fall apart tender and moist!
Waiters seems to have good knowledge about the food and the way they are prepared!
I learnt that the food was made to order’ and they knocked it outta the park’
Surprisingly decent prices aswell!
I payed £11.75 for lamb biryani and a garlic Naan.
Portions are quite generous and filled me up!’
I’d come back again, worth the visit!!
Great food and accommodating staff. Difficult to assess atmosphere when dining alone. Hope to return soon to sample the new Tapas style offerings.
