Lovely surrounding, well presented food. Excellent customer service. Competitive prices. No car park as it’s a town centre. Provides high chair for kids. Clean and tidy. I had lunch and would come back for the dinner next time.
It’s a lovely branch of prezzo, nicely decorated and lovely staff! The food was all super fresh and really good! Try the calamari to start, highly recommended! I would say the best prezzo branch we have been to in a long time! Over think as a chain they are a little on the pricey side for both food and drinks but still loved it!
Nice atmosphere and friendly team. Enjoyed our food but chose just table water, as £3.75 for a soft drink seemed crazy and must put off a number of customers...but I am a bit tight :).
Really busy when we visited on a Friday evening...which was great to see. We miss Prezzos since ours closed down recently (cue sad face 😞). a table for four was found quickly (we hadn't booked). I strayed off piste this time and went for a ricotta and courgette pizza - lush! My husband went for the burger which he was pleased to discover was consistently amazing as ever (the Prezzo burger is his absolute fave).
Prezzo is a chain which some say has seen its hay-day but we like it. The Felixstowe branch is a lovely location with a great outdoor space. So if you want a chain where you know what you're getting (and is consistently good) they we say...why not...

Food is delicious and well presented. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Service wasn’t slow. Good venue for the evening- it is bright, spacious and clean.
The food is worth the money especially with 25% blue light card, Clubcard vouchers, and other offers available to sign up for .
Would recommend as a birthday treat.

While away this week we had a gorgeous meal out in Prezzo , the service was excellent and all the staff were friendly. The food was delicious and my son said it was the best pasta and meatballs he had ever tasted 😋 if ever in Felixstowe stop by and give it a try 👌👍
We took the Grandaughters 8/6, and they chose off the children's menu lovely service and very attentive with young children. We also had a lovely meal, well worth a visit.
Me and my friend went here for dinner and had such a brilliant time. Food is to die for! Lovely waiter called Patrik made our experience the best.
My seat was directly facing bright sunlight from an overhead window. I was quite uncomfortable for most of my meal. I feel there should be a sunbird in place at the largest table.
The staff make this restaurant special, They are all so friendly and always happy to see you. The food is really good and always cooked well.

Lovely building still feels very new inside, food was lovely and fresh I had a chicken bacon and avocado salad, delicious.
