Proper British chippy!
Good cod, sausage and chips. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced!
The best fish and chips we had in a long time.
We had cod (large) and haddock (small), the batter was lovely and crispy, chips were tasty with plenty of salt and vinegar.
They had 4 tables outside where you can sit and eat your dinner. Worth the money £18
Lovely fresh cod cooked to order with nice chips - perfect. The mushy peas were a bit flavourless (but that didn't spoil it) - I should have tried the homemade chilli sauce. Cash only.

Great place. They were very considerate and brought us salt and vinegar and cutlery as we sat outside to eat. delicious chips. Asked for crispy and got them perfectly cooked.

Good to see a chippy up this end of town, food is cooked fresh and tastes great. Seems popular so do allow time to get your food. They also do a range of adult and kid meal deals for a good price. Looking forward to our next visit.
The best fish and chips I've had in ages, it was absolutely delicious 😋 Tables situated outside and 2 small tables inside. Highly recommend the cod!! We will definitely be back, thank you so much X
Nice looking place to get decent fish & chips. Staff were ready, polite and also patient as I’m on a restrictive diet which I found very helpful giving me time to read and choose what I can have for tea. We got our coffee rider within minutes and returned to our car. We didn’t even get a chance to g

Nice fish and chips at a reasonable price. The place was clean with polite and friendly service. Good choice on the menu if you want something other than fish. Tables and chairs outside were clean and tidy.

Usual complaint with Chippies, they don't have the cooking medium hot enough to properly cook the potato into a chip, (brown on the outside, fluffy white on the inside). I realise it costs more & creates more cleaning, but they choose the occupation. They should all serve up a decent product.
