Went for lunch with mum and sisters. Nice and quiet as early. Extremely welcoming and friendly waitress who gave us the right amount of time to choose our food. We all had a chicken dish which we all found really tasty and hot. We followed with a dessert which again were yummy. 2 x meals for £14 and bogof for desserts. With drink each made it £11 each. Bargain. Definatly be back again.

Cracking Sunday roast for five with all the trimmings - even did a special plate for an awkward customer on a strange diet. Very well-kept Ghost Ship so I didn't get round to the other four cask beers that were on - next time, however I'll try harder!

The Hand in Hand is a pub/restaurant that does great homemade food ranging from pies to tuna steaks with salsa. This family run, husband and wife team cook everything from fresh so if you don't mind a short wait you won't be disappointed. Located at the far end of Felixstowe (Trimley St Martin) you may need to drive there but whilst you are up there it might be worth visiting Goslings farm for a great selection of local produce.

Fairly decent pub and good local atmosphere, however Trimley St. Martin is not at the far end of Felixstowe, Trimley is actually 2 different villages. One is St Mary and the other St Martin.

Three of us arrived on the off chance with our dog including a wheelchair bound 94 year old Mother, to see if we could be served food as it was a Saturday early evening and we had not booked. The hostess was very accommodating, helpful and offered us a very nicely positioned table in the bar. Nothing was too much trouble from all the friendly female staff. Our food, which was cooked especially for us, arrived after a short wait, and we all enjoyed the well presented dishes consisting of Beer battered Haddock, chips and mushy peas, Chicken Curry and Popadoms and a Cheeseburger and cheesy chips with salad relish, together with a sausage for our dog! The waitress was extremely courteous and attentive and the Hostess very obliging. The ambiance of this establishment is friendly and welcoming. The prices are extremely competitive, our Bill including drinks was £37.45, which was quite acceptable. My only disappointment was there was no disabled W.C, which was rather difficult for my Mother. Apart from this, we have no hesitation on recommending this establishment, and will certainly be returning again.

Menu not to loads on so you spend half hour just digesting what the have. Just right. Because I have just had stem cell transplant I cannot be too close to strangers, I have been to this pub during the week with friends and stayed away from the public side, it's been lovely a few tables booked other than ours, but spaced nicely so I don't have to keep my face mask on. Table service second to non, staff lovely and friendly, food comes out looking really nice. Taste lovely. If you have food requirements it's never too much for them to ask and accommodate. Love this pub. They have a snooker or pool table which don't seem to be in the way of the bar or food areas. There is a step at the bar, so if you have mobility issues that is the only possible issue you may have if refined to a chair or mobility scooter. Otherwise disability friendly, friendly and car park out back.

A great place to stop off for a pintyfull rest on a hike. We had a pint of lovely cask ale each but they do halves as well. London Pride and Doom Barr. They do good live music nights also- usually Friday & Saturdays.

If the pub was full, this pub would be worth 5stars for atmosphere. Three real ales in a row. Very nice.
