Had such a lovely meal this afternoon, excellent service and very tasty food.
Having used Prezzos as a family for a while now, I would like to say that Felixstowe, you really are the best restaurant we have been to, such a lovely cosy atmosphere, so thank you for making our day just perfect.
The food was amazing the staff were lovely. Even tho it's a bit on the expensive side it's make a great alternative to the normal grill house style of food.

We had a lovely meal for our sons birthday. The food was great and the service was very friendly. Also they done a lovely touch and put a candle on his desert and all sang happy birthday

It’s a lovely branch of prezzo, nicely decorated and lovely staff! The food was all super fresh and really good! Try the calamari to start, highly recommended! I would say the best prezzo branch we have been to in a long time! Over think as a chain they are a little on the pricey side for both food and drinks but still loved it! Added some photos of another visit, another fabulous new!
Lovely surrounding, well presented food. Excellent customer service. Competitive prices. No car park as it’s a town centre. Provides high chair for kids. Clean and tidy. I had lunch and would come back for the dinner next time.

Nice atmosphere and friendly team. Enjoyed our food but chose just table water, as £3.75 for a soft drink seemed crazy and must put off a number of customers...but I am a bit tight :).
Really busy when we visited on a Friday evening...which was great to see. We miss Prezzos since ours closed down recently (cue sad face 😞). a table for four was found quickly (we hadn't booked). I strayed off piste this time and went for a ricotta and courgette pizza - lush! My husband went for the burger which he was pleased to discover was consistently amazing as ever (the Prezzo burger is his absolute fave).
Prezzo is a chain which some say has seen its hay-day but we like it. The Felixstowe branch is a lovely location with a great outdoor space. So if you want a chain where you know what you're getting (and is consistently good) they we say...why not...
Difficult to score points when 5 of party were very happy and I was not.
Chose my usual smoked Salmon pasta dish very disappointing taken away creamy sauce and chillies replaced by 3 olives and a sprig of Basil. Very bland and tomatoes were tarted.
And its £17.95 gone up £6 since lock down and skimped on ingredients. Bring back the Chillies.
As always with Prezzo's great food!! The service was fast, caring and spot on. Food was really good, tasty and cooked perfectly!! Great work everyone!
Went as a last-minute birthday dinner. Shared the caramelised garlic bread, absolutely delicious. Then had the chicken ceasar salad, one of the best I've tasted, so I keep going back, and the ragout. You can think there doesn't always look much, but we couldn't manage dessert!! Always good service, good quality, lovely staff and they have regular offers on. Never been disappointed
While away this week we had a gorgeous meal out in Prezzo , the service was excellent and all the staff were friendly. The food was delicious and my son said it was the best pasta and meatballs he had ever tasted 😋 if ever in Felixstowe stop by and give it a try 👌👍

First time going and comprehensive menu.
Food is delicious and well presented. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Service wasn’t slow. Good venue for the evening- it is bright, spacious and clean.
The food is worth the money especially with 25% blue light card, Clubcard vouchers, and other offers available to sign up for .
Would recommend as a birthday treat.
