Absolutely lovely! Massive restaurant with plenty of space and fun seaside decor. Really friendly staff. Gorgeous fresh food. Big potions. And AMAZING CURRY SAUCE. I could have easily eaten three more pots of the curry sauce!

By the owners admission in replies to the reviews this isn't the cheapest fish and chips in the area but I would agree it's most likely the best .
I'd expect to pay £15-£25 per person. .
Calamari was excellent, didn't come with lemon but a sweet chilli sauce instead which was delicious .
Cod and chips also great although chips will come plain and need salt and vinegar to gain the soul typically found in seaside fish and chips
Chips Are Cooked In Beef Fat but lacked any greasy taste
Just popped in for takeaway cod and chips, and honestly its the best I have eaten. The fish was beautifully white, soft and battered well. Chips cooked in dripping were so tasty and crispy, not soggy and cloggy like most chip shop chips. Amazing food!
The service was outstanding and the food was beautiful. Our husky was treated like a prince too, and was brought his own hot, cooked, sausage in a tray! The dog friendly area was a really nice touch. There were 4 tables, each with its own dog lead hook, lead if you need one, bed, water bowl and toys! They also asked if they could speak to our pooch, rather than just assuming.

Really impressive and varied menu. Great service, fast and friendly. Tomato and thyme cod was delicious. Will definitely be visiting again to work my way through the menu 😋

Deep fried fish salad - a large portion of fish, eyes bigger than my belly as I added a side of chips. All well presented, great flavours and worth the money.
Lovely fish restaurant opposite the pier in Felixstowe. The staff were very friendly and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. All the fish was cooked perfectly.
We had a brilliant meal here, great views, great atmosphere and huge portions sizes.
The fish and chips are amazing! Please stick to regular size of the fish, if you are trying to have normal portions. Their tartar sauce is one of the best I have had. Loved it! I will visit again x

Had such an amazing meal today, the fish was unbelievable. The staff were so welcoming and attentive! Such a nice family feel to this restaurant. We sat over looking the sea, great location. Definatley recommend!!!
The best fish restaurant we've been to in a very long time and it doesn't just serve fish and chips! We had room only at our hotel, as we like to discover local places to eat and Fish Dish didn't disappoint us. Both of us went for prawn cocktail starters and skate main with half chips and half salad and a chilled bottle of white wine. Everything was well cooked and presented and the service (by the owners themselves) was faultless. The restaurant itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable with not a Formica table or plywood chair to be seen. Fish Dish is proper restaurant, not a cafe. We stay in Felixstowe three or four times every year and we will definitely eat at Fish Dish again.
One of the best fish and chips I've ever had! Coleslaw delicious and the salad was dressed with fresh herbs and olive oil.the children's pasta was enormous and tasty. Service was charming. We will definitely return thank you! 😊

Had a lovely Good Friday lunch here with the family. Dogs were very welcome too. Food was delicious, kids menu is fab and kids loved it. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back 😁
Really nice place. It's simple but cosy surrounding. Very nice members of staff. Delicious food. My family had fish and chips. They have been well surprised by the fish. It was fresh and very tasty. I have been pleased with my side dishes too. We could not make our minds about the drinks, so we have received tasters. Which was really nice. Food have been served quick enough. Place clean enough. Not too much to choose for vegetarian but it's fish and chips restaurant so i would not expect any more then that.

Visited with my girlfriend Saturday 5th August. Had what I can only describe as the perfect fish and chips. The large was humongous. If you pick this, hope you are hungry. Lovely tartare sauce and the mushy peas were delicious. Will definitely visit again if in the area.
