Had a great family meal here, the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the food was delicious! Would recommend to anyone in the faversham area looking for an excellent meal.

My family and I have just enjoyed a wonderful Sunday evening meal. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout....even finding an impromptu vase for a bouquet of flowers (for which, many thanks again)! The food was well presented and tasted terrific....I think I might've eaten a little too much (the warm and gooey sticky toffee pudding after the steak and kidney pudding was a wee bit over-ambitious) but I couldn't resist! Thank you for a lovely evening.....will definitely visit again!
Had lunch here today, both food, beer and service was excellent.
We had the Mussels and the Chicken and Avocado Salad.
The mussels were plump, tender, fresh and flavoursome, they don't come much better. The salad was also very tasty well presented and had nice mix of complementary flavours.
I would also like to thank the lady serving us; my Dad has limited mobility and she came out to help him into the pub before we even got through the front door. She didn't have to do that nor did she make a big fuss, very kind and thoughtful, and made us both feel very welcome.
I highly recommend this pub.
First the visiting Faversham visiting my best friend of 20 years who recently moved here, the food was fantastic, we had the classic burger, staff were lovely. I'll Deffo be coming back here when I return in November.

Visited for lunch last Sunday (15th October) with my wife and daughter and couldn't fault food, friendly and attentive service or beer (Whitstable Pale Ale). Wife and daughter had Sunday roast (beef and lamb respectively) and I had the beer-battered fish and chips which were great. Sticky toffee pudding, elderflower creme brulee and bakewell tart also went down well for pudding. We'll be returning.

We enjoyed a Sunday lunch here yesterday. A spacious, clean venue, pleasant service, nice choice on the menu. A children's menu was available and high chair provided. Would recommend.
Lovely Service from the bar staff who had a lovely flirtatious smile amd eyes. Food was.nice but a bit of a wait. Nice atmosphere and sports on TV.
We came past here for a bite to eat and were pleased with the menu as it had a few vegan options. We had the vegan burger and dhotdog which were both amazing. The staff were friendly and the pub had a great atmosphere with music on a Friday night. Will definitely be back here again next time we visit Faversham.
This place is great. A nice old style pub, with friendly staff and a great range of real ale. The food menu is varied and the food itself was great value for the money. Will definitely be returning!!
Five of us ate just away from the main part of the pub. Really really nice food and range of dishes. Tiny bit disappointed as Burger menu seems to have shrunk(change of chef maybe?) so we didn't have burgers but those that came out looked excellent. Usual Shepherd Neame range of beers/ales well kept. Friendly service as well. Be aware that there are screens up for football etc so ask for a quieter tablet if you want to avoid that. Recommended.
Had a lovely meal with my partner for our date night! Food was served promptly and staff were very friendly. They even recommended us drinks as we were stuck for choice! Even though it was a football night, there was still a pleasant atmosphere. Would recommend!
We hired the function room for a birthday get together. It was perfect with a bar, access to outside space, fabulous buffet and great staff! Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend! Thanks Andy and the team
Service was pleasant and efficient but the burger was the main highlight!! Yes, you do have to pay extra for the fries but not the first time I’ve had to do that. Would definitely go back.
Just a pub, pub food but everything was so delicious, service excellent and very reasonable. Recommend the Duck Tostados (mmmm) and the Souvlaki (chicken skewers) and Greek Salad, my son had the Beef and Ale Pie, also excellent.
Didn't stay long as we were on a bit of a safari but the weather was nice and we supped a pint in the garden before moving on. Atmosphere good. Liked it

Lovely meal for group of 8. Service was abit slow but food was good once it arrived. Good sized portions and good selection of dishes.
Our first visit to the Limes, and it was surperb. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered food, which was amazing, well presented, hot and good portion sized 😋 All 5 of us enjoyed ourselves. Well done 👏 to all the Team, including the Manager.
We turned up lunchtime on a Saturday and it was packed out being one of the few Faversham pubs with footy on the telly.
We moved to the back "restaurant" where there was another small niche with another TV showing some lower league game but unobtrusive to the eating area.
Very nice meal. Excellent service and adequate Sheps' beer.
Will come back in an evening when there is some live music. Music is a feature of the pub with folk and jazz night a regular occurrence.
