I love this place. Delicious food including Mediterranean specialities you can't get in the supermarket. A lovely feel about the place too and they do cute events for kids. Love it. After visiting I made this Caponata and these incredible meringues.

A little bit of on the more expensive side but the food huts were amazing from what we experienced and the variety in the shop itself was mind blowing. Worth a look !

Where do you start with the praise! What a fantastic local market store and more all in one place. The range and choice of all the fruits, vegetables and artisan items is absolutely fantastic and it’s lovely to be able to come to places like this and buy items that are simply unavailable anywhere else in either large supermarkets or small shops. There is a section for everything from wine store to charcuterie. There’s a good choice of Vegan and Plant Based foods though IMO these could be labelled in a much better manner than they currently are. The only negative is the odd item found in supermarkets that’s quite a lot more than the others sell it at (sorry but it’s honest). The food area is absolutely fantastic with a great choice of food and drinks as well as live music on a Friday from 6pm. All in all, an excellent store that seems to be growing and going from strength to strength. 🤙

Have been here once before, although I didn't remember it until I got into the food hall . The food to a high standard and seemed reasonably priced. We had a coffee and cake in the restaurant. Staff very good , a bit of a wait for drinks , understable as it was Sunday morning. Worth going back with a paper on a week day

Fantastic food Hall with lots of delicious foods on offer. The flower section as you walk in is beautiful and the fresh produce around the shop all looks amazing. The butcher had a great range of meats too. I tried the roys rolls sausage roll, which tasted delicious and had a nice ratio of all butter puff to sausagemeat. There is also a lovely outdoor street food area with a range of vendors to try. Would definitely recommend.

A superb food produce retailer with a long history of service...one of the very best I've visited in the U.K. Macknade Food Hall Farm shop and village with 175 years of history ( established 1847), and renowned as the South- East's leading food Hall. On site waiting for you is the food Hall - comprising a delicatessen, butchery, florist, cafe, and on display shelved the finest in 'quality and quantity' of Kent's local very best food produce, farming and retailing on a grand scale. All here in Selling Road, just off the A2 London/ Canterbury Road, Faversham, Kent. A good spacious car park that caters for the disabled spaces close to an accessible entrance with toilets inside too. To be frank, you really cannot go wrong here to make even the most casual visit. My wife and I ( from Sidcup/ Bexley, Kent) visited here for our very first time on 1/7/22 around 3pm. Not surprised to see it moderately busy but with relaxing ease. Our God- daughter lives here local and shops here at Macknade. We did a combined day visit with Kent's ...'I estimate one of the most famous fruit farms in the world', at nearby Brogdale Farm in Brogdale Road (also just off the A2 Canterbury/ London Road) only just a few minutes drive away. I enjoyed an interesting conversation with the lady manager here at Macknade regarding how the business is progressing. Indeed, the staff very professional, friendly, polite and welcoming. Public transport is very close by the site, No.638 bus service to Faversham stops here, with connections to the town centre and Railway station - Network South Eastern operations. Yes, a great 👍 day enjoyed here and worth visiting both Macknade Food Hall and Brogdale Farm 🚜 for a day. An easy rating of A1, 10/10. My best wishes to both management and all the staff at Macknade...just simply keep going! My wife and I will definately return in the future at some point in time for us to obtain the wide variety of fresh food ingredients stocked here for our home cooking needs. Our shopping bag loaded when we departed from Macknade with produce at a great price, quality and value. Chris.👍👍👍👍👍

This place is fantastic. Lived here like 15 years and only now do I find out that there is an artisan food hall just down the road. Choice is fantastic, leaves even Waitrose in the dust. Brings together beautiful meats, cheeses, bread and a range of ingredients from around the world that are hard to get usually. Popped in for meat, came away with artisan bread, beautiful oils and some truly fantastic crisps. Indeed, here is the most middle class crisp section I’ve ever seen. 😻 Lovely fresh pie as well. Outside, there’s a street food stall and bar. I like to see it. Will be back for that. They sell the Big Green Egg range here. Nice. Visit. If you like really high quality ingredients and making your own meals. Visit. Bring your own bag.

Quaint, rustic and well stocked farmers market full of all fresh, natural and organic food from locally sourced farms. We popped in as I'm told the sticky toffee pudding is the best in Kent, so I'll update this review once I've had some with my thoughts on that. Plenty of choice available and even a cafe on site, in addition to a large parking area out the front.

Really love it here, great place to pop in for some food. We camped not far and visited a few times. Toilets need a little TLC but we really did enjoy our visit.

Honestly, I love Macknade Food Hall. Recently moved to Kent and found this near Faversham. It has been one of my essential go-to places and I have become a regular. Everyone is very friendly, great customer service and the selection is always great. It rivals any gourmet shop in London (if not better).
