What an absolute delight! This is as far from your average tea room as you can get. Great service (the manager was alert, friendly and completely capable — as were his staff). We were made to feel completely at home from the moment we entered the beautiful, historic building. The menu was also fabulous — and, on such a warm day, the chilled glass of white wine was extremely welcome. Highly recommended. A treat for the whole family. I can’t wait to visit again.

We went to the tea room for a Father’s Day afternoon tea and it was amazing! They provided the most delicious vegetarian options and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. There are a few farm animals and a small playground just a short walk away and the surrounding countryside is beautiful for a longer walk if you fancied it. We will definitely be back.

A group of us went to the tea room today for a friend's baby shower. Peter and the team were fantastic and so accommodating, including in relation to my special diet needs (No dairy or nuts). We had our own space and could decorate as well. The food was delicious and tea kept flowing. Thank you very much for making us so welcome, we will be back!

We treated ourselves to Christmas Eve afternoon tea today which was just lovely. The children's afternoon tea was the perfect portion size for our almost 3 year old...her favourite bit was the Rudolph cupcake. My husband and I loved the festive favoured sandwiches along with the other savoury nibbles. The top tiers of sweet treats were yummy! Thank you and Merry Christmas 🎄🎅🏻👍🏻

Just back from celebrating my daughter's 13th birthday. Everyone had a wonderful evening and the birthday girl couldn't have been happier. The food was great and keiron had gone to a LOT of effort to make it extra special with a personalised birthday menu. Thank you so much.

I held an afternoon tea at my house for my parents' wedding anniversary. I was absolutely delighted with the food from Limes Farm and highly recommend them for any catering you require. Professional, great to deal with and awesome food!

Under new management and so thought worth a visit, and we were not disappointed. My friend and I had a super lunch - we opted for the sharing platter and it was fabulous. The service was very friendly and efficient, and the quality of the food was superb. Coupled with the beautiful building, it was a winning combination. The only downside was that we didn’t have room left for cake! We’ll just have to return…. Highly recommend.

Really lovely cafe. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. There is a great kids area up the top so my husband and I could relax and have our drinks while the kids played. I would definitely come back again. The platter was incredible and you can take away any food you don’t eat.

Adorable little place. Enough space for short walk around farm. Tea room has this countryside feeling and barn is very spacious for larger groups to enjoy their delicious and reasonably priced food and drinks. You can also opt for takeaway! Highly recommend Limes Farm :)

A wonderful place to wander. We saw coots, moorhens, lots of little wild birds and even a kingfisher around the lakes. A lovely mix of different sheep breeds, goats, chickens of all shapes and sizes as well as a couple of rabbits and guinea pigs. We did the scavenger hunt so took our little buckets with us and collected lots of bits to stick onto a picture at the end. We booked a table at the tea rooms for lunch and the staff were fantastic.

Enjoyed the cafe, good food and service. Kids enjoyed the farm. Sadly it did feel otherwise neglected and we never did find the farm shop and produce advertised on the website which I now realise hasn't been updated in about five years. I did note that there is no fee to enter here, perhaps a small entrance fee could help towards sprucing the place up a little.

Went here yesterday with family for a drink and snack. Its so cute and lovely inside here, on a lovely day which is was yesterday, there are outside seating areas. Whilst the food was nice I do think its a tad on the expensive side. But I would recommend and will go back. It is child friendly too.

Lovely cafe which our cycling club visited yesterday. There's plenty of space for bike parking. Inside, the converted brick barn is quaint and comfortable. The staff took care of us very quickly and gave us a table close to the counter and displays of food. I opted for baked beans on toast with a pot of tea which one of the waitresses insisted I asked for a refill when empty. All sorts of food came onto our table which we thoroughly enjoyed. I was surprised when my bill came to only £4. Outstanding value from this excellent cafe. Recommended.
