Delicious lunch & friendly, efficient service. Set two course lunch was excellent value.
Italian food in a lovely building, very good service in an interesting place
There is pleasant atmosphere inside and plenty of seats. Fantastic Italian menu with big wine list. The service was exceptionally quick because we wait our pasta for just 5-10 min. Moreover, the staff is friendly and comic, mainly Italian origin. I love it . Recommend to visit for a lunch/dinner with friend.
I didn't think I would be so impressed by a chain, but this was possibly the most enjoyable Italian food I've had! I went on my birthday, and Italian food is my favourite, so this was a great experience! They had a manual ramp that they had to bring out and put over the steps for my brother to get up, but we're very accommodating. Nice and warm, and great friendly staff. Possibly some of the best customer service we've had as they weren't scared to joke around with us!
Love the fish. Staff are friendly and attentive and I get treated like a somebody even though i,m a bit shabby round the edges. Nice outlook onto lawns with the old Fruit Market to the front. You don,t feel rushed or pressured to hurry your departure. Always a pleasure and my favourite branch.
My favourite Carluccio’s of all! Have been here multiple times - whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, take away lunches or a simple coffee, it’s great! The staff are friendly and attentive. The restaurant very spacious. Good toilets. Outdoor seating with a nice view of Smithfield market. Great for apperitivo and does a fab cheese board too!
I ate there on Oct 27th at late Dinner hour. The food was excellent. The service good but the wait staff took forever to come and take my order. The waiter was very friendly but with so much staff I was surprised they did not come around sooner. Many of them left to go home and the guy that was there was very attentive. I had the Duck Pappardelle which was excellent. Good Place.
I love this place. I always use it for breakfast when I'm staying in the area. Great cappucino, freshly-squeezed orange juice and poached eggs. Friendly, attentive staff and a nice location. Hard to beat, in my opinion.
Excellent service! Large group of us, who were stuck for a dinner reservation due to a last minute cancellation of another restaurant on what was probably the busiest evening in London all year. The staff at Carluccios were excellent, managed to fit us in and despite being super busy were excellent and friendly. Thank you so much!!!

Very friendly Italian restaurant with lovely and delicious food. We ordered 4 different plates, all served at the same time and very well prepared. Absolutaly tasty. Also for vegetarians. Free Wifi
