Booked here for lunch for the first time today with parents. Great service, great food. Great variety on menu and cooked to perfection. All 3 of us agreed its the best food we have had. (Fillet steak,homemade steak and ale pie and homemade lasagne). Would highly recommend but need to book as gets
Popped in for a spot of lunch and sat outside in the garden in the glorious sunshine enjoying the spectacular views across the cricket pitch and farmland. The food and drink was just as good with a broad fish menu.
Friendly country pub. Excellent food. Good atmosphere. Service a bit slow, but food was freshly cooked and worth the wait. Plenty of parking.

Lovely dining area extension to the pub revealing a 90ft deep working water well. I really enjoyed the steak and ale pie as the meat was good quality - nice and lean with no fat or gristle. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you.
Lovely village pub with a warm welcome. Does a lovely pint of Guinness & prices aren't too high. Good carpark & outside seating, some covered; plus one amusing sign that bought a smile.

Lovely location, pleasant staff. Lovely food, Baileys brulé and the mango coconut cheesecake on the desert menu are delicious.
