Lovely saveloy and chips.
Has to wait for the chips but it was worth it. Decent sized portion of golden crispy chips with a light fluffy centre.
The first thing you notice is how clean the whole shop is. A large side wall has the menu clearly displayed. There was lots to choose from and many combinations available. Service was quick and we didn't have long to wait for the food to be freshly made. The fish, chips and mushy peas were delicious
Wonderful service, 1st visit, my son had kids meal fish bite and chips...the best chip he had ever had, and ate the fish....which normally he doesn't like.

Always good F&C but I do wish they would prepare fish in advance so you don't have to wait so long.
Popped there near the end of the night, and the staff were very nice, and although they were getting ready to close, they cooked all my food and had a chat, under new management and its working

Very much improved, not in product quality that was always good. But now they take card payments. Friendly and helpful with a good fish and chip choice variety. Quantities and also generous. Being a Northerner I know a good chip shop.

Excellent food Spotless surroundings, Lovely lady serving us even bought food to table. 10/10 will definitely recommend and be back again, the fish was a good size perfectly cooked and flaky and the chips perfect, even came with sauce and a wedge of lemon. a truly delightful experience
Not sure if under new management or not, the food hasn't changed though. Never had a disappointing meal.
