Excellent customer service again today. Great recommendations for food (who thought vegan kale soup could be so nice), and then when my lunch buddy dropped their sandwich it was swiftly replaced now questions asked. Lovely bunch of people serving great food.
I had English muffin with bacon, it was delicious! I tried my friend's French toast with bacon even more delicious!! Can't wait to go back and have more!

Finally Farnham has a bakery that bakes proper bread with a proper crust!! The pastries are just heavenly and the coffee is delicious. Fantastic range of healthy and naughty food to indulge in. I love Gail's in London and so excited to finally have it here!! Welcome and please stay forever! �

Just had a sausage roll and a cinnamon thing, both very tasty. Service was darned good as well.
Brilliant carrot and ginger soup, croutons, black sour dough bread and cheese straw. How I fitted in the honey cake? Luckily it was dinky, washed down with a latte and a white sour dough loaf to take home perfect. Already familiar with this bread as it's stocked in Waitrose.
Stopped by this cafe today and was completely charmed by the inviting ambiance and warmth. Katy and Kristina, the delightful staff, made me feel welcomed, as if I were a cherished regular. The cappuccino was perfection, paired beautifully with their delectable pastries. Everything from the atmosphere to the pristine cleanliness stood out. Gail's Farnham is a warm and welcoming cafe on the on lovely Castle Street. Whenever I walk through the door I am greeted with warm, friendly staff who smile and engage. My family and I particularly enjoy the cinnamon buns, sausage rolls and almond croissant and we always have a seeded sourdough in the house. The coffee is the best in town and my order of extra hot is always delivered. Thank you !

This is my second home- I'm always cheered up by visiting, the staff are so welcoming and lovely! The dark mocha is utterly addictive. The cinnamon buns and parmasagne chicken burgers are incredibly delicious too! I go out my way to visit as often as possible. Thanks you all for everything you do xxx
Always enjoyed popping in to GAILs around London but this branch has been the best one I’ve been to! Staff are extremely welcoming and lovely to speak to. Coffee was great, and thank you again for the extra cookie as a treat!
Also to note, opening times are really great to pop in and do some light work, there is WiFi and some plugs available.
Driving through Farnham today, I stopped in Castle Street to get an oak milk Mocha and went into Gail's. Claudia and Jack were cheerful and very friendly and the Mocha was good too!! With all the choices of where to get coffee from in Farnham, I rate Gail's highly.

Very nice place with indoor and outdoor seating tables.
Because of COVID-19 they were only doing take away cups & disposable trays & cutlery.
Social distancing was observed and we had to order before we sit down.
The cakes we ordered looked very fresh, appetising and tasted delicious like as if they were homemade.
Best coffee I have ever had! More seating for a family would be beneficial but incredible coffee 😊
After a great stay in Farnham we chose Gails for our breakfast. There were 4 of us in the group. We chose different meals and cups of tea and coffee. The breakfast was really nice and the environment in the shop was nice. It is a working bakery and the store sells all of its home baked produce. It's a really busy shop and so getting a seat is quite difficult but in my opinion worth it. Great food.

Every single person that works in this GAIL’s is incredibly lovely, super friendly and always smiling. It’s always busy as it’s an obvious locals favourite hot-spot, but the food and drinks are 10/10 every time. Highly recommend!
I had a really lovely time at Gail’s cafe today, the food and service and atmosphere was impeccable, espicially the atmosphere which i felt was greatly lifted by the jovial and welcoming friendly thom, I believe I wouldn’t have spent nearly enough money had thom not been there, 11/10 I like Gail’s I just like thom more
