This place is defiantly a hidden gem. The decor is quite minimalist but the service and the food really is great & we would defiantly come again. My boyfriend took me to celebrate a new job I got so we wanted to come somewhere we could have a nice steak. The owner who served us was very welcoming and helpful and answered any questions that we had regarding the food and drink. We ended up going for the chateaubriand as the price was really good for what we were getting. The food arrived in perfect time and it was cooked to perfection- we were very happy. The deserts as well were delicious!! I was a very happy girl! All the staff were very attentive and friendly which I felt gave a really nice touch. We were happy to visit and will be coming again. Places like Heavens Kitchen definatly don’t get enough credit that the chain restaurants and they should as the quality and service is always better!�
Went with my mum tonight sat 21st oct for our 29 th wedding anniversary treat the food was out this world the best I have ever had and as a chef myself I am normally very judgemental but not this time food amazing would recommend to everyone staff and service excellent and friendly we will be returning xx
Really nice place, great atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. The tomahawk for two is a cut of meat I’ve never had before, and was fantastic. Not a cheap meal, but worth it.
Husband and I had our first visit last Thursday evening. We had the cheesy garlic bread (GORGEOUSLY melty), followed by the huge ribeye special to share, and this was worth every single penny of just shy of fifty quid. We were warned it would take upward of 40 minutes to prepare and cook, which it did - and oh boy, was it worth the wait. This enormous slab of medium-cooked steak on the bone was tender, perfectly cooked, smokey on the outside and juicy on the inside, and rendered the man and I almost speechless in its deliciousness. The accompanying battered onion rings and chunky chips were to die for, as well as the mushroom and peppercorn sauces. We were too stuffed for dessert, it wasn't going to happen, which was a shame as they looked amazing. The maitre d really knew his stuff and was genial and welcoming, as were the waiting staff. We waddled back to the car slowly with our uncomfortable food-baby bellies and both declared it the best meal out we've had in months. Top notch.
Well I went last night food is excellent no problem the staff were excellent my problem was I ordered a small lager shandy half a pint and then was charged 80 pence on top for lemonade where I have been always been charge the same price as half pint of beer I wasn't impressed with that .
Great food, great service. Managed to get a table last minute and needed to vacate table by 20.00. We never felt pressurised and had a relaxing enjoyable meal. Fillet strips and Gorgonzola veal was lovely. We will be back.

Had a long awaited date night here 2/6/2018 - we had a few problems as our main course didn’t arrive but once staff realised they were so lovely and apologetic and were quick to get it out to us and compensate us without even being asked. The food was fresh and delicious and we would definitely go back - would highly recommend if you haven’t tried it.

I’ve been before with all adults and loved it. Today we took our children (2yrs and 5yrs) and I was SO impressed with the lovely children’s menu of excellent quality food...the mini steaks are fab! The staff were all really friendly with the kids and there were nice little touches like colouring menus and lollipops for the kids instead of mints when the bill came. The food here is always delicious but it is the friendly welcome and excellent customer service that keeps me coming back!
This place has it all. The food is excellent, the ambience but above all the team and service are excellent. Mario who runs this great place is a real professional who really cares about his customers experience. If only more places were like this!

Birthday Celebration July 11th.
First time here and everything I mean EVERYTHING! Was amazing.
From the moment we walked in the service was amazing our waiters and waitress were attentive. And took our orders quickly, we ordered a bottle of Merlot for the table and quickly hard our mains, my partner ordered the prawn cocktail and I ordered the Cheesy Mushroom starter, both were amazing and we both ordered a steak medium rare, once again both starter and main were amazing and perfectly cooked.
As it was my birthday we treated ourselves to a bottle of champagne and held on the dessert to let our mains settle.
For our desserts both were once again amazing and I assume the manager upon learning that it was my birthday treated us both to a shot at the bar.
This was a kind treat and also mad the day as a private meal between us both.
For our first visit it was truly an amazing experience and I will be back with friends as we both had a truly amazing experience, thank you to all the staff that worked Tuesday July 11th 2023.

Great experience & lovely meal! Highly recommend and we will 100% return!! We went as a group of 4 based on the great reviews on Google & Trip Advisor, we were not disappointed at all. The selection of cocktails was impressive & they were of a high quality. We also ordered some starters, they were decent and although the Calamari was good, it was nothing to shout about. However we didn’t come for the starters, it was all about the steak and I can honestly say it was the up there with the best I’ve tried, especially outside of the high end steakhouses I’ve tried in central London & abroad. Cooked to perfection, very tasty due to the high quality cuts of meat, the flavours came through with every bite and all was complimented with tasty peppercorn sauce & garlic butter sauce. The side salad was well dressed, fresh and light. Not forgetting the thick, crispy chips, they packed a punch & maybe chips are just chips but these were not just any chips!! Our service throughout was welcoming, friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Our bill including service was just under £300 for 4 people. But we ordered many cocktails & alcoholic drinks throughout the evening so it was reasonable & everyone had dessert too. Without the alcohol the bill would have been a lot cheaper and you can honestly get a great meal here for around £30-40 per person. I honestly recommend Heaven Kitchen and cannot wait to visit again! A lovely independent steak house, the staff really made the visit, the food was lovely and the steak exceptional would certainly recommend this place again,great all round and nice theme and feel to the place
Great steak in Alton! Ordered the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly and the bordelaise sauce was amazing. Wine selection was very good, and Swizel made the experience great with a cappuccino to end.
INCREDIBLE! Wow what a lovely evening had at Heavens Kitchen, not one thing could be faulted.
Myself and my three girlfriends had the three course ‘Equisite’ menu which had some beautiful choices, WHEN I go there again I would happily make exactly the same choices from the main menu.
The food was AMAZING, it was the best steak I have ever had anywhere! Every single member of staff was so great, they really all deserve a pat on the back for making the restaurant run so smoothly whilst giving the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. There were no wait times, all requests were attentively delivered and they were all so kind, a real credit to the hospitality industry (they obviously employ the best). Honestly cannot wait to go back again and sad I have only just discovered such a lovely restaurant.
We had a really good lunch on Saturday. The food was really good. The tomahawk steak was excellent and cooked perfectly.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a couple of buggies and they made sure there is enough room around the table for us for it.
I really appreciated the gentleman who waited on us. He was very friendly and helpful. When leaving, we had left behind an umbrella, and he had run all the way to the car park to catch us before we leave to return it. It was very thoughtful of him. ABClivein Care had such a fantastic evening celebrating International Women's Day, a birthday and the arrival of a baby girl shortly. The food and staff were exceptional, we will definitely be back.
Had a lovely dinner just before Christmas and although the places was super busy the service was great and the food was gorgeous.
We had chateaubriand to share which was gorgeous and red velvet cheesecake and Lemon tart for desert which were good as well.
Highly recommended
Had a beautiful meal here again last night. My husband was raving about his meal all evening. I had a spicy vegan burger which was lovely and the Eton Mess had more meringue than anywhere else I have ever been, which was awesome!!!! The staff were lovely as always. The place was packed but they were really friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I would give 10 stars if I could!!
The food is lovely, service ok but I don't think I would go and pay full price (I had a Groupon voucher and set menu). Ice cream they give you two scoops in a little glass cup but if you order the Eton mess it's huge! Quite disproportionate. It was still £100 for four with the 3 course meal already paid for with the voucher.
For some reason I haven’t had a chance before to try Heaven’s Kitchen. Here is my honest review:
Atmosphere nice, a bit small with very low ceiling. Staff were super nice.
I loved my steak and my companions loved their Sunday roasts. Starters were nice too. I would definitely go back for their steak. They know what they’re doing.
The reason I gave 4 stars is because the kids burger is half a burger patty in a full bun which I thought was a bit cheap considering we paid £50-60/person. Come on HK it is not like it is a Wagyu burger. The green veggie as a steak side were not fresh.
Small touches will make the place perfect.

We are so happy we did! Wonderful food- probably the best steak I’ve eaten, washed down with a beautiful red in a clean crisp glass. The ambience and staff add such value to the experience, they are so friendly and it seems like such a lovely place to work!
No faults at all with this restaurant and I strongly urge everyone to dine here if they can!!! LGBT friendly too! Thank you for our trip to heaven!

Had an amazing steak dinner. First lot was not cooked to order (medium) but host and staff was just welcoming about getting their food correct and was accommodating to get it right. I would definitely recommend this place for the food and the friendliness of the staff.
Had a lovely evening meal for my dad’s birthday. The staff were attentive and the food was delicious with excellent portions. The staff also did a birthday dessert for my dad which was really appreciated! Look forward to our next visit.

The busiest place in Farnham when we visited. The place was full with a buzzy atmosphere. Cocktails were excellent as was all the food. One of the best steak restaurants I’ve been to.
