I often order from here, so without checking I ordered a pizza, turned up at the store to find no pizza. My order location was set to my most recent purchase at the avenue store in Southampton. The store manager Hayley, was so understanding. She called the avenue store to explain what had happened.
Great service and great lunchtime deal, we were served straight away and had the food in 10 minutes 😀
Ordered last week pepreroni onion mushrooms spice beef came with no onions! Let it go even tho I payed per item! Ordered same this week came with no mushrooms! Thought sod it il call n have a moan! Spoke to the manager who said very sorry we will refund the order! Which I really wasn't expecting! Th
Certainly one of the better Dominoes around - they get the orders right every time and I order on at least a weekly basis. Pizzas arrive hot and tasty no problems there. The only negative is the slow and inconsistent delivery times, sometimes take an hour to arrive with no genuine apology.
I hadn't had a pizza for a while and this felt like a real treat. My biggest issue however, was that they had a collection special offer that would have been a much better deal but the staff member on the phone never offered it. This is both poor service to the customer and to the employer.
Usually collect. Order is always ready at the time given. Pizza is definitely far tastier and less fatty than a budget supermarket pizza.
Delivery, when we've used it is on time or early.
Lost a star as the food is not outstanding and one time the order was wrong, but I've a fairly strong regional
We use this Domino's regularly to cater our events usually requiring in excess of 65 pizzas to be ready on a tight timeline. These guys never fail to get the job done and the results are consistent. Would recommend.
Stopped here enroute to portsmouth ferry as they do gluten free pizzas and there was parking outside which made it easier than the ones near the port. GF pizza is small but tasty. Quick efficient service from staff.
