Great little local place for food and coffee. Always stop by if on the bike or a walk. David and his team always friendly and the coffee is good. (If you like a dark, strong blend like me, you need an extra shot).
Recently ordered an afternoon tea platter. Tonnes of cakes, sandwiches of which were devoured by the family! Only downside is no drink that comes with it?

Amazing food and lovely friendly staff. Everything from The BBQ Pulled Pork hot focaccia with lots of gooey melty cheese, to the make your own salad is excellent, and the home delivered Afternoon Tea is the ideal lockdown treat! Highly recommended.
Truly magnificent! I had a very enjoyable lunch here which was a Broccoli, potato and cream cheese bake which I started eating immediately (as you can see). The mocha with an extra shot I ordered was chocolate heaven. Change your lunch plans right now!

Smart, pleasant decor, polite, helpful staff. Their menu is versatile, there's something for everyone with reasonable prices.
Our food was freshly prepared, very tasty and served promptly although it was a busy lunchtime.
We will never miss an opportunity to visit them again.

I ordered 3 sandwiches to pick up for my daughters and I. When picking them up the following morning.. lovely friendly staff and the sandwiches were amazing! The breads and filler choices are fantastic or build your own.. I will be be back and highly recommend!!

I've been eating excellent breakfasts and lunches here, from time to time, for the last 10 years or so. Although a little pricier than some alternatives it is certainly worth it, for the always friendly service and very good food. Christmas specials include delicious filled rolls: turkey/cranberry/stuffing and pulled pork/apple. Recommended
I come to 'Fresh to desk' regularly (maybe 3 times a week) on my lunch. The staff are so lovely and ever so friendly. The food from here is also of top quality - from the English breakfast to the dinner time hot and cold options. I would highly recommend their cottage pie and also their toasted sandwiches. I really do like this place and you can eat in or take out.

Lovely full cooked breakfast delivered this morning with great tasting coffee. Requested bacon to be cooked more on the crispy side and it was done to perfection! Extra almond croissant to look forward too a little later, well it is Friday! Arrived on time (maybe even a little early), perfect temperature. Second time I’ve had delivery to home, now a bit hooked!
Mother’s Day breakfast delivered, what more could you ask for. A feast to the eyes. Everything was so fresh the meats, the bread and the fruit delicious. We were like two little pigs in muck devouring this platter. Highly recommend. Looking forward to the next one . Staff very pleasant and helpful too. Thank you
This is a lovely welcoming eaterie. David, Yvonne and the girls are always so pleased to see you, the food is fresh and well prepared to order. Scrumpy cakes, carrot cake and the Billionaire Shortcake are my absolute favourites along with Fish Finger sandwiches and Coronation Chicken jacket potato. Just ordered a salad delivered to my work for the first time today. Firstly I mistakenly clicked on collection instead of delivery, so I phoned to query where my salad was ... and they explained I had clicked on collect. They were absolutely lovely about it and agreed to send the driver out again. Secondly the salad was amazing! Fresh and good quality produce - I will definitely be ordering again!! Thank you!

Went to this place as I saw they had a vegan full menu in celebration of Veganuary month, really fancied to have breakfast out but didn't want to go to usual paces nor to those places that have "vegan options".
I loved this place, very cosy, very friendly people working but also other clients chatting with each other, some clients spent hours seating having meetings and I just felt so good that spent a good few hours there. The menu was very complete, we had a portobello and root vegetables hot sandwich with really good melted cheese, it was delicious. The coffee is also very good and with a good selection of non-diary milks.
The grounds around are perfect for a little stroll with a lake and lots of green space.
Real quality food from this cafe. Never had an issue with any of the sandwiches or hot food that I have received. The manager goes out of his way to make sure it is all fresh.
They have an excellent deliver service which is good for both breakfast and lunch.
