Always love eating here. So much choice of different dishes. I would recommend booking ahead as this is very popular and they may get you in if small group of four but its a chance you may have to wait. Price is reasonable. Two adults and two children with 1 drink each you are looking to pay around £65 but you will be very satisfied and extremely full bellys.

Loved it. A great deal of effort has gone in to getting the design of the place right. Very modern and high quality. Food was very good, and always plenty available at the self service areas. Staff very attentive with nothing being too much of a problem for them. Great place to bring the kids too.

I've now been to this restaurant numerous times. Since my first review (3 stars) they've improved the range of dishes a lot and there's now a good vegetarian selection including sushi, dim sum, spring rolls and typically 4 stir fry dishes as well as of course a great range of desserts and a few "western" options (pizza, fries, roasted potatoes...). Staff are friendly and helpful. They'd get 4 stars if their labelling was better, as a regular customer it's fine but for a new visitor it can be tricky to identify allergen free and veggie options.

Fabulous Chinese buffet restaurant. The food is always of a high standard, freshly cooked and piping hot. I have a beef allergy, and on asking the staff what desserts contained beef gelatin they weren't to sure. So the waiter brought a chef from the kitchen and they told me what desserts contained beef gelatin. This was super helpful. The waiters and waitresses checked on my partner and I to see if everything was ok and couldn't be more obliging. It's very good value for money and my partner and I travel from Essex to dine here. Once you find a good restaurant, you can't help but keep coming back.

Great time, great food. Sadly though our eldest at 13 of 2 autistic grandsons with us was charged as an adult even though he only ate nachos and pop corn. We did ask but the message came back that he was an adult. We would have been happy to pay the child's price.

I could not find anything wrong with this place. There is a huge selection of food on offer, the place is very clean, the staff are extremely police, the prices are reasonable and the overall quality of food very good. It is comparable to some of the buffets you find in 4 star hotels or cruise ships. I am really happy we attended and everyone in our group (9 in total) was happy with the overall experience. If there are people (eg kids) that are not particularly keen in Asian cuisine, there are more traditional Western choices such as sausages, chips, ketchup etc. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to all my friends and family

First visit to this amazing restaurant today its huge, plenty of room so not all squashed in and no queuing for food very well laid out. I was with a party of 14 and we all have very different tastes and there was so much choice we were all blown away by it. The food was fantastic it was fresh and hot and the puddings were gorgeous it caters really well for children too from candy floss, ice cream, jelly, jelly beans and lots more. The staff are great nothing was to much trouble and very helpful so well done to you all we had a great evening. Honestly I could not find anything negative to say and I am extremely fussy. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them and will be back very soon.

Wow! My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed a meal with you on Friday eve. All the food was delicious, staff couldn't be more helpful, even cooked plain rice for me as there was either special fried rice or egg fried rice on offer. Beautiful presentation, wonderful choice of food, delicious desserts too. Many thanks for a wonderful eating experience! Looking forward to coming again with the kids, they'd love it!

Brilliant! Been twice once for dinner with the girls for my birthday amd once for lunch with my friend who's I'm a wheelchair. They gave us a brilliant table for her wheelchair despite it being big enough to seat about 8 people they were happy for us two to use it. Food was lovely. Staff are very attentive too. Wonderful place to eat!

It is the first time that I have been here. I was really impressed, decor and seating was very nice the staff were helpful. The help your self buffet was delicious with so many options it was difficult to decide what to try first and the puddings were yummy with so many different types of pud . My daughter-in-law is a vegetarian and found so many things for her to eat .

Normally the food is really nice but this time there was far too much with fish type things in them. For someone who doesn't like sea food that was a bit of an issue. Also the chocolate fountain seemed more watery than normal, which was slightly disappointing. Other than that plenty of warm, tasty food and good value if you are hungry.

I’ve been to many restaurants an this is the worst the food is dry cold an been out for a good few hours I informed the manager an he said let me no what food it is an he will change it not good enough the chef behind the counter made me get some food that has been warmed myself over a hot grill totally wrong could of burnt myself so after I said the food was cold that started to stir the food never coming her again.

Not impressed with the food or the service they provided, all food was cold and tasted Stail, all the dishes was half gone except the ones that were completely empty, we was there over and hour and nothing was refilled and not refilled, we had to bites of food each and 2 non alcoholic drinks £37, I would NOT recommend this place. �

Gorgeous food; absolutely brilliant, can’t fault that. But our night was a bit of a shambles...
Table for 30 was booked. We were seated on 2 tables with a huge gap in the middle with other people on smaller tables in this gap. My friend turned up to be surprised by everyone being there but you could tell she felt torn about which table to sit on.
As if it wasn’t bad enough, we waited around for something to be done about it before we started eating but nothing happened, so we went to get dinner.
We were thoroughly enjoying our food but after trying some starters, I then came back with a plate of mains to find that my table was gone! They were moving the tables about during the meal!! So while I’m stood there with a plate of food going cold and trying to work out where I’m now sitting, we have half of the party still eating, some of us stood around with food and two people not moved yet and sat there waiting with their food going cold, which they ditched.
This should have all been sorted beforehand. I don’t know anywhere that would seat a group on two separate tables so far apart.
Some bottles were provided as a goodwill gesture but the restaurant raked in the best part of £400 from us and the manager filmed the surprise in the cake and asked to put it on Facebook for the publicity.
Whilst the lack of organisation was very frustrating, what was worse was the manager. He was completely unwilling to bend to help anyone and he was giving his staff grief for trying to help. I definitely feel some training is required for him.
I must say that Prince was great though, he was as attentive and helpful as possible and he remained as calm as possible while his boss was making a pigs ear of it all.

Its my 5th time I've eaten here and I must say it's a great venue, very inviting decor, a large selection of dishes, plenty of staff to assist with drinks and clearing of plates that ..... lets face it no one goes to an all you can eat restaurant and has just one plate !!!!! , good selection, good value and yes I will continue to eat there

My wife and I have eaten here several times now. Food has always been tasty and hot with a great selection. Staff are busy but have never been rude to us. The place is clean and the table clearing service efficient. Our overall view is excellent and I am finding it hard to understand the reviewers who say it is rotten. Will certainly be going back.

Great place, friendly welcome by staff, as we've not been there before they offered to show us around, but we were ok to find our own way around. Plenty of freshly cooked food, and a nice selection, lots of different desserts to choose from. Will definitely go back again. Need to go hungry though �

But being a tall 13 year old I had to pay an adult price as she’s over 4 foot??
She eats as any 13 year old short or tall and when I queried it he kept pointing to the 4 foot mark found him very rude (cashier)

Excellent evening, spoilt for choice with different dishes,all the food was hot, and replaced regularly (not topped up) with an excellent array of desserts ( if you had room for one) I would recommend it for a pleasant night out.

Our first time, food selection was fantastic, clean, very well presented and the food tasted great, seating was nice and the wash rooms were clean. The only reason we didn't give a five was the lack of music and that we must of had staff come to our table 10 times asking if we had finished with our plates, I know they are only trying to keep it tidy and following instruction but please leave the customer alone while they try and eat. Other than that we loved it and will be back.

We have been to Kungfu buffet 6 times now & really enjoyed ourselves LOVELY food , good service very polite staff ....We went last night Friday 8th Dec , which I booked myself over a month ago & was told it would be £17-99 a head due to Xmas menu ...... unfortunately we had to wait for drinks which came back to us wrong ,once we got them but we finally got there in the end , would like to say a shortage of serviettes ,just a suggestion !!!!! perhaps have piles of them stacked up at each food station to save wasting the staff ''s time & probably a better quality would help ..... Also the paying system needs to be looked into 1member of staff having to cope with everybody's Bill's i would like to think that could be changed for the customer's sake & also the member of staff !!! Even though we still enjoyed our meal !!!Thank you & a Merry Christmas to all the staff �������

Never disappoints food as always amazing service brilliant highly recommend.. but get there early lunch times as it gets very busy ..i cannot believe some of the reviews I've read we have been on a Saturday evening and now a lunch time and food has always been hot well prepared and very tasty.. I feel if it was as bad as some people say it just wouldn't be as busy as it is ..
