I visited The Vintage Tea Room today with some colleagues for a leaving do. Our tables were beautifully laid out and our drinks then food orders were promptly taken. A young lady could be seen preparing our various orders, on her own, in the kitchen. We waited maybe 20 mins for our made to order food and were not disappointed when it all arrived. I had a ploughmans lunch which was delicious. Very reasonably priced and excellent service

I can honestly say that this is the most pretty little hidden gem I've found in a long time. The food and service is fantastic and the beautiful fine bone china makes an authentic vintage experience.

We hired the tea room for a 50th birthday the 2 girls working on the day (15/04/18) made sure we had all we need it was a lovely afternoon and the price was great, the portions and food standards were amazing.... thank you
We held a tea party for 4yr old daughters birthday and the staff handled the fast influx of drinks orders with finesse. The kids had a wonderful time and the adults too. 100% reccommend. Thank you for making her birthday so special.

We had a fabulous Afternoon Tea! Delicious choice of fillings in fresh sandwiches , we choose chicken and salmon. Massive fruit and plain scones (warm) with heaps of jam and clotted cream. Also a choice of lovely slices of cake, we decided on a fruit cake and a vanilla and coconut sponge . All washed down with lot of tea! The staff were friendly and welcoming , the decor was lovely and the tea room was very clean. Thankyou all, for a lovely experience that celebrated my Mums birthday
Absolutely lovely. Two young girls were very attentive. We had high tea sandwiches scones and cake. It was delicious and very reasonable. Yes I'd go again.

Attended With 2 Of My Best Friends Yesterday, Everything Was Amazing, The table, the food, the tea, the decor!! So glad we came and they even put a happy birthday balloon on the table as it was both my friends birthdays!! Great service will go again xx

Lovely place for a cuppa. Large china teapot, cups & saucers and a generous jug of milk for those all important refills. Delicious egg sandwich with generous filling. An altogether pleasant experience. Definitely recommended if you are fed up with the numerous coffee houses that seem to be everywhere
We stopped by for an impromptu lunch, staff were friendly and the food was really nice with good portion sizes and good value for the price. They were able to provide a gluten free alternative for one of my children. We didn't have any cake, but they looked amazing - we will definitely be back to to try some!
I hosted my daughters baby shower here yesterday, so glad I picked this venue. The staff were lovely, so helpful and accomodating to dietary requirements. Food was DELICIOUS and so much of it! Very good value for the price. I had lots of compliments from guests on the venue and food.
I highly recommend them.

Popped in for a tea and Cheese Cake. The scones were freshly baked and tasted delicious and the prices are great. The elderly couple were very kind and efficient. Will be visiting again soon.
Popped in here with my wife yesterday afternoon for my mother-in-law‘s 80th birthday celebration. Had lovely sandwiches cake and scones two. All lovely fresh delicious food and the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend this place for a visit.

Me and my friend went here for lunch yesterday, i had a panini it came with coleslaw and crisp and salad was delicious. My friend had a jacket potato which came with salad and coleslaw and was offered crisp aswell, we had two pots of tea, which came in a china tea pot and china cup and saucer, we also had a piece of caramel cheesecake which was also amazing, the tea shop was clean and very nice friendly staff, they also do afternoon tea, we will definitely be coming back for one of those, would highly recommend this tea shop.
Lovely little establishment , does exactly as it's name suggests .....provides lovely selection of tea and cakes ( plus much more ) in a slightly old fashioned but atmospheric setting. Friendly staff , and reasonable prices. Well worth a visit.
Had a cream tea for 2 delivered today. Absolutely gorgeous. Sandwiches outstanding and scones and cakes were fantastic. Really fresh. Easily worth the money. Lovely lady delivered at 9.15 am. Easy to order and great service from start to finish. Thank you.
Superb friendly staff, tea in a proper china pot, cup and saucer. Food was excellent, the breakfast stack is genius! (Basically a full breakfast between two slices of toast!) Great value too 👍 👌
I fell upon this tea room after a business transaction with the owner. It is very clean and tidy and I would highly recommend anyone to go there if you like your coffee and nice surroundings.
Friendly welcoming staff and the best high tea I've ever had! The sandwiches were lovely and fresh, and the scones were still warm with plenty of jam and cream. I had to take my generous piece of Victoria sponge home as I couldn't manage another mouthful but I ate it later and it was delicious. Can't wait for my next visit 😍
