After visiting a few years ago we came back to Restaurant Mine and were even more blown away than our first visit! We had the crab fritters to start, which were also a winner last time (definitely recommend!). The waitresses were lovely and attentive and always ensured we were taken care of. The food was sensational and we couldn’t recommend Restaurant Mine enough!!
What a great restaurant! Really really good food, the more I think about it, the more I realise how good it actually was, like genuinely outstanding food, creative, simple and full of flavour. The menu is small but packs a punch with its options, covering all your vegan/veggie and GF needs, producing such beautiful looking dishes. The chefs are loving and charming, down for a chat with any interested customers, and you can otherwise feel free to admire their work via the open pass. It gives the place a real sense of togetherness, especially considering how it only seats roughly 20. We had a slight issue with our server, treating a disagreement over what was ordered (including meat being handed to a vegetarian couple) with a little frustration, but other than that they were attentive and kind enough. If you’re debating going out in Falmouth, go because it’s lovely, but really consider ending the evening here with a top quality meal. Great stuff
Amazing meal. Staff were all great, we were sat right next to the kitchen to see how much care and attention went into each dish. The food was superb, same care and attention clearly went into produce and ingredients as it did delivery. They also played a track with Chali 2na featuring which is always a plus. Would recommend without a doubt.
15 out of 5 if I could 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
These chefs seriously know what they're doing. 👏
We spent a week eating in Falmouth at the best places we could find at all price points and this was hands down the best place in both food quality and value, and one of the best we've ever had in the UK. ✊
Unreal food, carefully balanced, presented with finesse. Every dish was perfectly cooked. 🦈
Open kitchen presents a lovely vibe, the staff are really incredible, tentative with their knowledge of the drinks and food. 🍸🥣
Seriously this is a 15 out of 5 must visit for Falmouth 💯
Top tip: check out Chintz next door for a pre or post drinks, super cool bar 🍹

Without a doubt, one of the most impeccable — and that’s exactly the word to describe it — meals I’ve had in years. From the homemade bread and starters (ravioli and a Scotch Egg that is a revelation) to perfectly prepared venison and grilled chicory, everything was low key, unpretentious and, well, perfect. Thoughtful, quiet and impressive in every way.
Great little bistro style restaurant with space for only about ten covers inside. Really nice to see the open kitchen with everything cooked to order in front of you. Food was good but a little on the rich side. For the price I would have expected the can of beer to be poured into a glass for me instead of just being plonked on the table.
In the heart of the city, 'Mine' beckoned us with promises of culinary enchantments. We delved into a Cashew Cream, carrot, and bulgar creation that danced on the palate like a sunlit meadow. The half lobster sang tales of deep-blue seas, each bite a crescendo of flavor. The cheese plate? A mosaic of flavors, each more tantalizing and unexpected than the last. Amidst this spectacle, the waitstaff wove seamlessly, and the chef's artistry painted each dish with layers of whimsical delight. A visit to 'Mine' is not just a meal, but a journey through a fantastical world of flavors.
Superb food - fine-dining sized portions, but full of flavour and cooked to perfection! Most likely you'll want a starter and main, or main and sides.
Small, cosy indoor space with full view of the kitchen. Background music in keeping, and at a level that's just right for ambience rather than being intrusive.
Dog-friendly, even for indoor seating (though as it's small indoors, if you have a larger dig you'd really need to sit outside).

There is a small selection of food (I.e 3 mains), but it is well selected! You get to see the chef cooking organic ingredients. The food tastes absolutely amazing! The service was phenomenal and care is given to the patrons. The restaurant is small and in an artsy courtyard.
An absolultey fantastic meal all around. It has a small, carefully curated menu with intriguing items and a well pared list of wine choices, in an intimate setting where you can see the kitchen work their magic. The crab fritter and mushroom toast starters were excellent, as were the pistachio potato cakes with goats cheese (vegetarian) and the river trout with roe. Friendly service capped off an altogether wonderful experience.
