But toilet needs deep clean...in fact deep clean needed throughout...

I always receive excellent service here. Seating can be limited buts it's evidence of how popular the cafe is due to its truly wonderful the staff are here. Always up for a chat, never seem rushed or pushy. I was unsure about a berry sauce in a coffee from the Christmas menu and the lady even promised me she would make me something different if I didn't like it. Presentation of drinks is always good. The cakes could be better but I still find myself adding one to my order. Thank you Nero's Falmouth!
This place is always busy. In my experience that is a good sign. I dropped in this morning for a swift libation and I was not disappointed. The coffee was hot and refreshing; the chair soft and comfortable; the staff friendly and accommodating. Yeah...pretty good.
Always great service at Neros in Falmouth. The staff are always happy and pleasant, I've yet to be served by anyone who isn't smiling. The coffee shop itself is very clean, with plenty of seating. Love the coffee too.
Always really nice in this Cafe Nero. The staff are always extra friendly - but not to the point where it's clearly forced. Tables are always clean, can usually sit down and obviously the coffee is very good.
Staff very helpful and friendly..they allow you to take a dog..love their coffee..oh and if weather is bad a good place to shelter.
