Cannot fault this place. Ate their Friday, had a medical issue whilst there & cannot in the slightest fault the staff, our waitress in particular was so good, as were the kitchen in getting food to us quickly. I have been there previously & been very disappointed, but I honestly couldn't fault them on Friday. Very happy customers, 5* service.
Our waitress Sian was amazing and we had a wonderful time celebrating my nephews 18th birthday. Highly recommend this pizza express not just for the good food but the fact that Sian went above and beyond �thank you

Love pizza express! Always go to Truro so going here was a pleasant change. Staff were friendly, food was great, lovely atmosphere. We had a medical emergency with a friend who is diabetic, whilst we hadn't placed our meal, they gave her the food she quickly needed and didn't charge us! Wouldn't be giving the emergency services 5 stars though!
Lovely location, good menu selection, our grandchildren always ask to eat there when they stay with us. Staff are great (and very patient on occasions!) Thoroughly recommended.

First visit here. Great views of the harbour if you are lucky enough to get a window table inside. Outside seating in the warmer weather gives you the best views. Food was good and well presented. It was a bit noisy due to the acoustics of the building and so difficult to talk/hear, especially if you are hard of hearing. Would go back.

Awesome service. Lovely waiting staff. Exquisite food. Maybe make a sign saying "ask for assistance with wheel chairs as it was unclear if we would be able to enjoy the view.
Oh the view! I've lived in Falmouth for a long time, this is one of my favourite eats with views around.
Noisy place around 6pm. If you have sensory needs, go a little earlier, we arrived at 5 and it was lovely and quiet. Thanks again to the amazing staff who were all lovely and smiley.

What to say…great food served by super friendly staff, and you get a beautiful view!
Visited last week when we came to visit friends. Great restaurant, lovely art work on the walls, nice and clean and the stunning views top it off!
It was extremely busy when we came so we were lucky to get a table and were told there would be a wait which didn’t bother us, it was obvious as all the staff were literally running! We ordered starters and mains all the food was amazing! Came out hot and well seasoned probably one of the best pizza express restaurants we’ve eaten at. The whole visit from start to finish was enjoyable, you clearly have a great team!! Will be back when we come down again in a few weeks! Thank you!!
Lovely sea views and fresh pizza. There are better options for pizza in Falmouth (that offer sourdough) but this place has great views while you eat
We had lunch at pizza express, maritime square, Falmouth on Friday 16th. We had booked but we're 3/4 hour early but had no problem being seated. Our waiter Sam was superb - great customer service He was welcoming, friendly, extremely competent and attentive to our needs. Even taking the time to show us where the lift was as one of our party was using crutches. All the staff we met were lovely and the restaurant itself is very well laid out with fab views over the harbour. Sam was great, an asset to your restaurant. Thank you for a really enjoyable meal :-)

Visited twice this week at lunchtimes.
Despite some menu items not available at the time, we found more than enough choice... favourites and some new things not tried before. Loved the Bosco salad and Reine pizza, in fairness all the food was as expected. Drinks served swiftly so no sitting around waiting. Staff all friendlywith a smile ...make a big difference. Left a tip both times as the whole experience warranted it I thought. Marked down a bit on atmosphere only because no buzz to the place
Approx £30 a head, but could have got away with £15 per person, but that's skimpy

We have eaten in many branches of Pizza Express and we were particularly delighted to visit the Falmouth restaurant this evening while staying in the town. We had an excellent pizza and dessert and we had great service from Rhythm who was very efficient and attentive and charming with it. Like our waiter, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to visit again and highly recommend this particular branch. It had a very good ambience with the added bonus of wonderful views onto the harbour and all the boats.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Pizza Express in Falmouth. Our waitress Amelia was very attentive and the meals were cooked to perfection. Great views, friendly staff and fantastic food - a perfect meal out.
Arrived here without a reservation. Seated straight away. Menus given etc. Very polite server. Drinks took ages to arrive as did the food. We were there for 2 hours in total. Don't know why everything took so long but there were many apologies for the tardiness. Nice food and the view from our table was lovely. Would I come here again...maybe.
Surprised with Pizza Express, not normally very good, in my local area however this visit to this venue was a very good experience, staff where on it, venue very good & prices £££, which is to be expected for a chain with fat cats that need feeding
Really good service, friendly staff and good food. Good sized portions and very tasty. Overlooking Falmouth harbour, so lovely and such an interesting view.
We visited in busy time period when lots of families with kids were visiting. Despite this, staff were very helpful and friendly. Food arrived in a timely manner and hot. Staff deserve a high praise for not losing it during busy times

Just got back from pizza express, Falmouth and everything we had was yummy.
Started with doppio dough balls and bruschetta, both amazing but I liked bruschetta more, and dough balls tastier than anytime I had before. I was already half full and kept thinking I might not find the pizza (pollo Forza) tasty because of fullness, butt I was wrong. This was the best pizza I've ever had, perfect amount of chicken, bell peppers, and red chillies. Go well with garlic oil.
We also had rocket salad from the sides as a reward (something on the app).
LIt was a bit quiet in a midweek evening, with England v Italy on TV as well, but a nice meal overlooking the boats. A friendly greeting and great service though.
