Brilliant little pub to enjoy a drink on the harbour and a bonus that you can bring your own food! We enjoyed our freshly cooked fish and chips from Harbour Lights takeaway and a pint of Sea Salt Stout by Atlantic Brewery. There was also a spot of spontaneous shanty singing!

Best pub for proper beers in Falmouth. Great selection (10 handles). 2 or 3 Tintagel ales on including Pendragon which is excellent. Love it that you can get your fish and chips from Harbour Lights and eat them in the pub. Excellent

Absolutely fantastic place. Great ales and ciders, and when they have live music it smashes it the best place to go for live bands

Lovely pub with really good outside area overlooking the harbour, lovely people and really friendly. Breton dancing and the quiz night are the 2 busiest days. Definitely worth a visit if you are visiting the town of Falmouth.

We recently stayed in Falmouth over my husbands birthday. We found ourselves upon this pub and instantly felt at home! This pub has such a lovely atmosphere with great local vibes, and damn good beer! A traditional old pub, with highly efficient bar staff who know what they're doing. I'm not easily able to walk into a bar, especially one that's not in my hometown, but I honestly felt totally at ease - and not like an outsider 😉 'Beast of Bodmin' was our first recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed. They'd run out the following day, so we had their special - which was just as enjoyable. We often sat outside during the day (and enjoyed a pint with our pasties) and on one evening - was a wee bit chilly on the evening, so we didn't hang around long. We heard the quiz night going on. That was fun! We'd love to revisit if we find ourselves back in Falmouth again. The Falmouth folk are a good bunch! Cheers 🍻

Lovely vibe and great selection of beers. Lots of ales, couple of local lagers and ciders too. Came on a Sunday evening and there was such a nice vibe. A nice cellar bar and the staff were friendly and helpful too.

Best selection of real ale in Falmouth. Great little place. Cosy atmosphere. Was there watching the Aggie Boys Choir for the Sea Shanty Festival. They were brilliant too! Thank you, The Front!

Great fun, lots of local beers and ciders and friendly atmosphere. No food but you can bring whatever you want. Word to the wise - go to the Pescobar food truck next to the outdoor seating and get anything (5 Stars)

If you are a beer lover looking for a large range of hand-pumped real ales, nice staff and a pleasant location in Falmouth, look no further. The Front is the very definition of a local pub/boozer in the best sense. It has a very genial, relaxed atmosphere to it, and the time-worn furniture inside only adds to the cozy feel. In England, often the less stylish pubs will offer the traveller/local the best selection of drinks in a small, friendly place. The Front is one of them. The pub features a small, unfussy outside seating area with a good view on Falmouth Harbour. Expect to see mostly local folk at this place. Regular tourists will likely choose one of the glitzier alternatives nearby, but it would be a mistake. This is authentic Cornwall. And a beer lover cannot do better in Falmouth.

Best pub in Falmouth. Great choice of well-kept beer, friendly atmosphere and, although they don't serve food, you can grab a stellar fish and chips from Harbour Lights upstairs and eat it in the pub.
