If you're looking for a lengthy menu of pub grub you're going to be disappointed. This slick and sophisticated eatery has an imaginative and well executed menu. And like all good restaurants, keeps it brief and fresh. When a dish runs out there's no recourse to freezer and microwave. Fresh and delicious is their watchword. Allergies and food intolerances are catered for. The staff are knowledgeable, super efficient and charming. Dirty Mondays have reduced price cocktails, and the Gin Garden is one of the best I've tasted. The view over the harbour is wonderful in all weathers. Great music, great place with loads of atmosphere. If you're in Falmouth go there!! It's fun! Ordinary it ain't.

Great food and what a view. Love the decor and the atmosphere to the place and the cocktails made by the tall barman Ollie were amazing, would highly recommend the Gin Garden Cocktail. will be going again for sure!

A fanastic place. I booked online very tired and picked the wrong day. They kindly squeezed me in anyway despite so busy. A small menu to choose from so you know they spend more time on quality than variety, so I knew anything I ordered would be good. They change the menu every day. The staff were friendly and attentive. They talked me through the dishes on the menu. I had the feathered steak with roasted beets. It was delicious!

What a little gem this place is. Lovely food the staff very helpful and attentive. There was live music on the night we visited (Dirty Monday) and it was excellent. Worth every five stars given!

Had a beautiful table overlooking the harbor and shared a fantastic seafood pasta dish with my family. I'm always tempted by seafood pasta but am usually disappointed with it's lack of freshness- NOT this time!! So fresh and light and flavorful. I live in California and can't wait to come back to Falmouth and this little gem for another gorgeous meal.

Hidden gem!!! Cocorico - a new restaurant by the same chef, ‘Bunny’, as Star & Garter (that closed down). The BEST chicken we have had. Chicken gravy is TO DIE FOR! Outstanding flavors. Absolute MUST TRY if you’re in the area.

Well where do I start? I went here about 5 years ago and had lunch and remembered really loving it, came back with my misses for a dinner and was absolutely blown away by the service and food. The food is second to none delicious, everything so considered, hot, seasoned perfectly and prices are fair, the service was amazing, very attentive, calm and knowledgeable on the menu and wine, the view is beautiful and they accommodated a sea view for us! The sticky toffee pudding with px sherry was the best sweet I’ve ever had at a restaurant (and I’m a chef who eats out regularly) can’t wait to be back. Do yourself a favour and book!

Exceptional food. Not just a pub. Every dish was fantastic but the big hits were the ham hock nugget, the chicken schnitzel, the spicy fish and the onglet steak.

Incredible. We both had the vegan main which managed to still be so rich- the vegan Boursin was amazing! I really enjoyed their take on a margarita too. 5* experience

We went there for a birthday celebration, it is such a friendly and welcoming place to spend a lovely time together. Great wiew, great wine selection. We were surprised to find out that besides red, white, rose, a skin contact type is existing too. Such an aromatic glass, very recommended. The staff is brilliant too, made our dinner memorable besides the great food. The Hake fritters are so so good. 🔥

The food here was excellent! The views are amazing! The staff lovely. We really enjoyed our meal, although I had the monk tail and it was far too salty which detracted from my experience, I had a taste of other peoples meals and I think I was the only one who didn’t enjoy their food so I think I just ordered the wrong thing.

We went there for dinner on Sunday, not knowing that Sunday is a special menu. Would really recommend the lamb shoulder for main, and sticky toffee pudding with banana for dessert. If you're lucky, you may also get the corner table by the window, which has some fantastic views. Service was super friendly, and we paid much less that I'd expect: about 75GBP for 2 mains, 2 drinks and 2 desserts.

We had a great Sunday lunch here a while ago and came back for an evening meal which turned out to be just as lovely. All of our fish, meat and veggie dishes were delicious and went down really well. Good selection of wines and beers, friendly service and reasonable prices. Looking forward to the next time! 👍🙂

We spent a week in the apartment absolutely stunning veiw of the harbour watching the sunrise on a summers morning was beautiful. Easy check in and check out. Parking a bit limited need to be lucky to get one on the road beside it which we did after waiting patiently for about an hour. Location was perfect right on the shopping area and harbour and plenty of nice pubs and bars.

Food amazing , drinks amazing , views amazing , wait staff even better ! (Had a young lad sorry can’t remember his name but he was so attentive and made us feel very comfortable) Felt thoroughly looked after , booked a table when we were on our honeymoon , We liked the fact it wasn’t pretentious and the food was excellent , you get the chilled laid back experience while eating some of the best food the town has to offer with a fantastic view of the harbour . One of our eatery highlights of the week travelling around Cornwall ! Thanks , we will definitely return

Absolutely delicious food in a lovely setting! We weren't lucky enough to get a table in a window but we could still enjoy a little of the view as the sun set over the water. We were also very impressed by the girl serving us who was friendly, attentive without being pushy and knowledgeable about the wine list.

Came here for Sunday lunch and it hands down has to be the best roast dinner I’ve had in a restaurant.. ever. My mum and I both went for pork belly and the sides consisted of mashed swede, greens, cauliflower cheese, roasties and a huge Yorkshire. The veg was buttery, the potatoes were so crispy and everything just tasted so fresh. I saw a previous poster complain about portion side which baffles me because I came away from there fit to burst. Highly recommended.

Last minute dash for food on Christmas Eve so we were very thankful to find a table in this very busy bar on the waterfront. An unexpected gourmet menu, the food was delicious. A treat!

With a cocktail, glass of wine, and three courses this came out under £50 a head, and this was by far the best meal at that price I've had in Cornwall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the views were excellent. The quality of all the food was very, very good and every person in our party enjoyed every element of their meal. My one niggle is paying £5 for a portion of bread, but that's a small fault. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and would absolutely visit again
