Whenever me and my family are on holiday in Cornwall we always try and come here for a visit. We came on Monday 7th May for a drink and some food. I had the cheese burger, my partner had the fish and chips and our 16 month old had the tagliatelle. The food is always amazing, the scenery is fab and the atmosphere is great!! Would highly recommend this place

My favourite little hidden gem on the south coast! Great food, great atmosphere, great views. Very worth the 25% incline to get up and down! Must visit on every trip. 👍🏻

We went there for a late valentines lunch and it was fantastic! They made the table special for valentines for us, the service was friendly and the food was delicious. An amazing location as well. Would recommend to anyone and will be back again xx

Great looking pub in a beautiful location. Loved being able to eat our meal on the pontoon, thoroughly enjoyed the food and the experience. Enjoyed watching a lot of people arriving by boat, mooring up alongside the pontoon. Car park is small so parking can be tricky when very busy but well worth a visit.

It’s a delightful pub and an idyllic spot. My family and I have visited here for many years. Their food is of a very high standard, with doorstop sandwiches and brilliant fish and chips. The biggest disappointment is that they’ve taken their famous crab sandwiches off the menu! So many people associate the Pandora Inn with the best crab sandwich in the land… and it’s no longer a thing. Apparently it’s due to the cost of supplying the crab. Apparently they had to price the sandwich so high that everyone complained. Either way, I hope they can resolve it to bring it back and make my mum happy some day! For now, head to the Pandora Inn for a drink, and then get a £9 crab sandwich from the fishmonger back in Falmouth is my recommendation!

Great family evening meal outside on the floating pontoon. The weather stayed sunny which helped. Food was excellent quality and generous portions so none of us went hungry and in fact couldn't have managed a dessert even if we wanted to. Parking is very limited but we arrived just as 2 other cars were leaving so were lucky. There was no wait for a table as several inside or outside were free, so got sat quickly and decided on food and drinks. Ordering was inside so took drinks back to table and food arrived not too long afterwards. Amazing location and surroundings with swans coming up to the sides of the pontoon. Wasps were about but not too annoying. Would highly recommend.

Came here for a bite to eat, sailed in and anchored in the harbour. We tendered to the pontoon and there were plenty of spaces. We both had beef burgers and enjoyed them. Portion sizes are very generous!! They also had a lovely selection of beers on tap which were delicious to sample. Recommend going here (especially by boat) but maybe have a lighter breakfast! Thanks guys

Dinner on a pontoon style jetty, watching boats arrive and moor up alongside, QR scan ordering from table (except main meal) inside full of character, low beams, cosy atmosphere, black stone/slab flooring, friendly efficient service, absolutely wonderful time, already planning return for a birthday dinner treat.

Delicious ham and piccalilli sandwich (but would have preferred the ciabatta I actually ordered!) Plenty of outdoor seating on jetty over the water with fabulous river views but limited parking.

Just a smashing place to come for a pint and some food. Cycle here, drive here or take your own boat here! It really is special. The seating on the jetty outside is what makes this place, highly recommended.

For years I have heard about the Pandora Inn in Cornwall but have never been able to visit, until last night. Wow, is the first thing that hits you coming down the hill towards the pub. The outlook is stunning. The pub itself is stunning. Traditional thatched roof with a dinning pontoon stretching into the water. On entering the inn itself it is very traditional and reeks of history. Great selection of beers. The staff are all lovely and very helpful. So the location is right, the amenities are right the staff are right. So how is the food. One word Superb. Great varied menu and the food is a delight. The vegan pate was delicious .Thistle is definitely one of Cornwall's hidden treasures. Well worth a visit

What a great experience at this fantastic pub. Has such great ambience, and when it comes to the food, it’s the real deal. The burger was outstanding. I highly recommend this place for anyone.
