Go! This place changed in a good way! I used to think it wasn't that great 3 years ago and didn't go back. My friend took me to lunch last week and i had the honey chicken fingers meal and it was delicious and a good sized portion.
So good i went back at the weekend with my boyfriend for a burger.
Place is cool with lots of character. Manager is a real charm. But leave the sugary sauce out of the nachos. Too sweet.

Initially I thought the food would be fairly poor when I saw the prices but was surprised when it arrived. The food was excellent and the unusual combo of vegetarian burger and maple syrup worked really well, recommended and looking forward to visiting again. The staff were great too and the service
The food at Monterey Jack's is always very high quality. The only issue we had was the staff seemed a bit confused, as if it was their first day (which it may have been). The free refill on qualifying drinks were not refilled, I'd expect it to have been taken care of by the staff automatically.

Very nice restaurant with good food. Large portions and nice atmosphere. Staff friendly and welcoming. Huge restaurant area with plenty of tables but probably worth booking a table at peak times. Mains don't come with sides so need ordering separately. Desserts were excellent (if you have room!). Gr
