Fantastic service. Very friendly too....let Amy use their toilet....helped us give our Dutch visitor the Scottish fish supper experience followed with a deep fried Mars bar. Food was fresh and delicious with bug portion sizes. Highly recommend 👌

We went in late at night, me and my pals decided it would be funny to ask for some free chips. What we didn't expect, was the guy working there was super nice, and giving us free chips, then we came back later, and we were pretty much given everything there. 10/10 service, would definitely recommend.
There was this really nice guys at falcones who gave us basically a whole free meal at like 11 at night we were shocked it started as I dared my friend to go in and ask for 1 chip and then he gives us a whole meal he is the nicest guy ever I guess there is still some nice people in this world it made me and my friends very happy!
Just had battered haggis supper which was amazing, rest of family really happy with battered black pudding and steak pie, so nice calling back tomorrow. Really good customer service and the guy behind counter was super nice.

Always go to Falcones when we’re in the area. There’s nowhere better I know because I’ve tried some before finding this chippy. Anything we’ve had is always spot on
The chips looked good too, but i only had a Special fish on my 2nd visit a few mths ago & still didn't have that RUFF CAST bread crumb dressing on it that cuts the inside of your mouth like most other chippies have. So in u pop for a carry out ['cos it's only a take - a - way.]

The best chips I’ve had for years, lovely fish & homemade batter. My husband phoned to ask about allergies & ingredients before ordering. Owner was very helpful & had full list of ingredients. They make their own batter with flour & water, a lot of places now use ready made packet mixes, which contain milk & egg. So it was brilliant to find somewhere that still makes batter the proper way, & cook their food in beef dripping. Which makes the chips lovely & crispy, unlike a lot of places that use veg oil which makes chips soggy & greasy. Very helpful owner who was happy to check ingredients & delicious fish & chips.

This is my first stop every time when I come to Scotland. Simply the best.
I have found with all fish and chip shops that battered fish can be good one day and poor the next, dependant on how far ahead they fry the fish and the take up on said fish. Therefore, on the 23rd October, I decided to order the "special" done in Panko flakes. I ordered the "2 fish" with chips at a cost of £8.50. This was probably the best fish and chip dinner I have had in years. The fish were larger than I expected (I may well order 1 fish next time!) and were tender and flaky as advertised. There were also plenty of good chips. The fish was made to order and in good time. The girls on the till were friendly and polite. All in all a great experience!
Not a chippy lover but since the new owners took over in the last year, I have been a regular. A change of cooking oil a cooking technique has resulted in the tastiest, freshest selection of great chippy suppers. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Altogether a great chippy
