Always seems quiet whenever I visit with my sons. Good service, can order on the app and check-in, on in store screens or at the counter. Staff always helpful. However last couple of times my son's Boneless chicken has had pale and soft crumb coatings. Chicken is still cooked, but not the same crispy and dark brown coating that the rest of the food has. I didn't complain as my son wouldn't let me, but it would be nice if it was all cooked to the same standard.
The food was good, but it took 15 minutes to get two desserts from ordering on the machine in the restaurant to getting served. Way too slow - the priority seemed to be the just eat/deliveroo orders and drive through not the customers stood in front of the counter.
Was spot on. No complaints. Guy brought my food to me. Food was nice. I ate it and left. Was on my lunch break.

I ordered a mighty bucket for one. The chicken was delicious. Fries were nice however there were not many of them, about 12

The three members of staff were extremely nice and helpful.
Very apologetic that everything wasn't ready at the same time even though it was only a minute before it was brought out to the car.
Kids loved their popcorn chicken and fries. The new chilli bites were okay- battered chicken in sweet syrupy sauce, £1.99 for 4 small pieces.
Again, staff were lovely.
