Great little cafe friendly staff! The cherry on top for me & my family, they have little vegan treats & offer soya milk for teas & coffees

Food and coffee was great once again...but the little blond waitress was excellent! Her attitude and politeness will result in return business for sure. Good job young lady!

DOG FRENDLY. Love Cafe Nero Falkirk. It's so friendly, and I can walk my dog around the park before going for a coffee, and we share a muffin and he gots a bowl of water indoors.

Not a bad Nero although the barista seemed a little new. She did a good job and managed to tick all the boxes.

Decaf tea, almond milk, pain au raisin, and a dry, warm place to shelter from the snow: £4.00. Can't argue with that!

As always, good coffee and baked goods. Recommend the Brazilian blend coffee.

Lovely staff. Great sweet treats. Downside was customers coming in without masks. Not their problem as sineage was adequate but felt bit compromised. Staff made no reference to mask wearing.

Love going to Caffe Nero Falkirk...the nicest coffee in my opinion...I always have my wee Cocker spaniel and they are dog friendly...always offer a bowl of water for her and a wee bit attention.

Covid-19 review: good spaced out tables, clear signage with staff wearing PPE. We luckily got a table almost immediately but unlike other change coffee shops Nero's is operating under a "fast turn over" with paper single use cups and no plates. This doesn't bother me personally but does feel a little bit of a back step for recycling and defeats the purpose of buying and brining your own cup. Staff were buzzing about cleaning tables prior to customers sitting down and asking the public to either scan in track and trace or given written details for those without smart phones. Overall safe experience. In terms of food and coffee it's a change coffee shop so it was fine, you've had coffee before. Good selection of teas and coffees and hot chocolate with limited cakes and hot/cold food.

Fantastic and friendly service. Considering it's a chain coffee shop, the food is delicious well, the ham hock and cheddar toastie, mozzarella toastie and chocolate fudge cake were... no i didn't eat them all myself cheeky.
