Fabulous friendly service from Ann. She didn't even give me a funny look when I asked for dairy free! She even checked the label on the gorgeous milk barn wafers. Plenty of space available to sit and enjoy the views. Lovely child friendly atmosphere and the Scottish smoked salmon roll was delicious and came with plenty of salad. More than I could eat, however it would have been rude not to try the prosecco sorbet! Yum! Well done Suzannah, your staff are a credit to you. :)

Went to the Milk Barn on Sunday with my grandson and family and everyone enjoyed their lunch. We were so full we had to take a tub of the wonderful ice cream home. We opted for the £3.80 tub and unlike most other ice cream places they were not skimpy on the filling of the tub. They also completely wrapped it in cling film and it made it home to the freezer in one piece. Will definitely be going back and telling friends and family to go. 👍👍

The food was delicious (the kids especially enjoyed the little farmers platter) and the milkshakes were fabulous. Toilets/baby change were clean, kids enjoyed playing in the indoor and outdoor play area. Staff were thoughtful and very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Ice cream is amazing and this is a diamond find for parents with toddlers. My little one is sat contently playing in the indoor play area whilst I can see him and have a nice hot coffee with my ice cream. Absolute bliss!

Lots of parking, plenty seating indoors, very friendly helpful staff. I had a full cooked breakfast (available only up until 12pm). It was absolutely delicious, everything cooked well. For ice cream, with about fifty different flavours to choose from, I went for a two scoop tub, one scoop white chocolate biscoff and one scoop ferraro rocher. Very generous portion as you can see. It's got a window so kids can watch the ice cream being made and a kids play area too.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The ice cream was deliscious with a huge range of choice. Good place to visit if you have young children children with a small play area inside and a little play area with a climbing frame and a couple of small slides outside if the weather is dry.

Love this place! Great for families with children. Have an amazing selection of ice cream and cakes. Lots of diary free and vegan options to try too including a biscoff diary free ice cream which was insanely good! I cant wait to go back. Staff are all so lovely. Good baby change facilities and free parking too. Tables well spaced out so easy to get around with prams or wheelchairs. There's an indoor little area with kids toys to play with and an outdoor area too in good weather. Highly recommend this place! Thanks for a lovely experience xxxx

Lovely place. Been a few times with the kids. Caters to very young children with a nice in door selection of toys through to older kids who like to play, run and climb in the outdoor play area. Suitable for all ages. Ice cream options are interesting, vary each visit and are absolutely delicious. Service is always polite, friendly and happy to help when you're not sure where to start!

If you like ice cream and a good lunch and you have young kids then this place is ideal. There is a delightful play area both inside and outside which will keep the little ones amused whilst you're waiting on your tasty lunch. They have even added on eof those giant bouncy bean things at the bottom of the field. Lots of good choices to eat from salads, baked potatoes, paninis and sandwiches. Not to forget the soup of the day. An ideal stop for lunch. All very reasonably priced. Go for the lunch but stay for the ice cream with over 30 different flavours there is bound to be something for even the most descerning of kids, and adults. All the ice cream is made using the milk from the cows on the farm and its delicious. It can get busy at weekends and during holidays so arrive early to get a seat, although if its nice sit outside and enjoy the weather.

Great food, great ice cream. Slight issue with banana flavour through the coke float but they replaced it all straight away.
