We only decided today (22/08/2023) to go, so I booked a table for 3 at 12:30.
Some people arrived shortly before us and told the staff there were just a few of them & said "a couple more" would be joining them. It turned out there were 14 adults and 3 children! They then d
Just staying at Tortworth court nearby and thought we would try the most local pub for some food.
I had the burger and wifey had the fish, unfortunately the chunky chips had to be replaced with skinny fries...not the end of the world, it's still potato 🙂

Stopped here when passing up the M5. Absolutely perfect, 1min from the junction. Really friendly staff, great food and drink. Very nice inside and with a good bet garden too. Will certainly make this a regular stopover point when passing.
My girlfriend and I stopped on the off chance and ended up having dinner here. The place was clean and tidy , the menu was ok, cooked well and good size portions. The Staff were cheerful and very, very helpful!
Definitely worth calling in. Staff very friendly , Great choice of beers / ciders. I didn't eat, as I was passing through, but the menu looked lovely. Would call next time I'm passing 💯 . Toilets spotless. Says a lot....
Great food and very nice staff here. Popped in as a result of a traffic jam on the motorway for a bit of a break and to get some dinner. Nice food with daily specials and friendly staff. Left happy and refreshed to continue with journey. Would recommend.
We broke down on our way up country. Pulled in to wait for roadside assistance. The staff were great, kind and helpful. Dinner was decent too.
Enjoyed a very pleasant evening here with some friends. The food was delicious and such a choice. I sampled a couple of tasty ales all served by efficient and friendly staff.
